The binding was missing a screw and I had to take it to a local ski shop to get it fixed. Your service and support did what they could but unfortunately this isn’t something I expected.

Well never received my helmet and im pissed off . Return situation was a nightmare nothing simple about it and I did corespond with skatepro before I sendt it apparently just returning didn't work because of some stupid lack of claritywith the return slip even when using the right adress . Not going to buy anything else from here again. That's the price to pay when you costumer service is I India and you guys never cared to take this seriously. 🇮🇳. Good riddens

I am sorry that you are not happy with us. I can see that you did not use our label to return the parcel, but you sent it your self. You can do that, but then it's very important to get it sent to our warehouse, and not to a parcel shop close by, as we can not pick parcels up. This is also stated on our website, where you can also find our address.
If you wanted to use our return label, you would pay 69kr, and it would be sent directly to us. We are located in Denmark, not India.
