The order has been delivered within the mentioned time and is complete. Quality of both Rio Roller skates and x3 protective pack is very good and is exactly how you would expect to receive from the website. This is my first order from SkatePro and have nothing to complain about, great quality of both products and service!

The saddle not properly fit to rails
The saddle underframe is no properly fixed to the metallic mounting rails and thus is slightly moving while properly fixed to the bike... didn't expect this one...
Transport already costed more than half of initial value, sending it back for warranty is just not feasible as transport cost would more than exceed product price after it got back to me... not to mention the extra time without saddle or extra time if none in stock.
QA is not exclusive to software...
