What fantastic customer service. I lost the keys for a case I bought over 20 years ago, and it’s still as good as new. They emailed me a picture of all the keys and they still have replacements. They then despatched free of charge. Would buy their product again and recommend it.
I've been buying SKB cases for years, they are really expensive compared to the competition and I have purchases cases from their competitors in the past because they were so much cheaper but they never last as long as the SKB Cases. Two of the latches needed replacing on my 12 year old SKB keyboard case and they replaced the latches free of charge under their lifetime warranty. Can't fault their customer service.
Do not waste your time with SKB Europe, this company sell a range of equipment travel cases but do not have the internal dimensions of their products. I contacted Trifibre UK for the internal dimensions who contacted SKB Euroupe for the dimensions and I have now been told SKB Europe will contact SKB America for the info, I've been waiting 4 days for basic info on 1 of their products.
Avoid this company, complete jokers.
