Went to World Square store, totally ignored by sales asst. found shoe myself, went to ask for another size asst. nowhere, he came back in and I asked for size, looked it up & said only 2 sizes bigger available. I then asked if size i want is in another colour. He then yelled at me that he doesn’t have time to look that up. I then yelled back that I will go to another store that has time to help me. He then quickly looked it up and said it’s probably available in another store. By then we were walking out. FYI there were only 2 customers in this store at the time, myself & husband and a blond lady. Took our money elsewhere. Really love Sketchers but won’t tolerate bad service

Not comfortable

Easy shoes, decent comfort.

No order number has been provided so it is impossible to return the trainers for which my wife paid over £140. All she has is a packing slip from UPS, no order number, no confirmation email and without an order number, no apparent means of contacting Skechers. You cannot send them an email, only complete a form which is then not acknowledged.

First of all i love Skechers and the new slipins are amazing but today i had the worst experience ever in the Skechers store in Belfast city centre.I was gifted a pair of Skechers for my birthday that were to big so i went to the shop to exchange them but they didn't have my size so the manager give me a credit note, i went back 3 times over the next 2 weeks and tried about 10 different pairs but the didn't have my size so today i asked the manager( a different manager a young girl) for a refund because they had nothing i liked in my size i also explained that i had been in before, she replied thats a credit note no need to be cheeky bring me the shoes so i said i wasn't being cheeky and apologised if it came of that way. I told her i was in last night and they didn't have my size, so she didn't have to look and she replied just bring me the shoes but when i turned around she was making faces behind my back like a child. I left the store feeling humiliated and embarrassed these kids they have working have no training on costumer service i will never be back in that shop again or buy Skechers

I wear my shoes for 4 years already. And they so comfortable like a slippers.

Almost a year old and soles cracked in multiple places
Sketcher costumer service denied warranty because I paid cash and didn’t keep the receipt..When a sole cracks this badly and within a year I would call that defective and if not that certainly poor quality. Which ever for the $135 price tag I won’t buy on other pair
I did send pictures to sketcher.

Skechers is not a cheep product and you don't expect the bottoms to detach from the base in about a year

Slip-ins are without a doubt the best shoes EVER! Extremely comfortable and stylish - great quality . All other shoe brands are superfluous. Furthermore, all service l have received at Emporia in Malmö through the years has been exceptionally good

I visited the Lincoln store on 14th September 2025 as I had a slight issue with some trainers I had purchased for work. I was served by Zoltan who resolved the issues quickly and efficiently. He also helped in finding a new pair of trainers for my son's birthday. Everyone in this store is friendly and helpful, but Zoltan definitely went above and beyond in assisting me and this is why I always return to this store, as the customer service is outstanding and there is never any pressure to purchase.

The shipping company you work with has only one service point in the city - in a reasonable distance in Gothenburg and the staff there is the rudest person I have ever seen in Sweden. He has a lot of other negative reviews on Google. I mentioned this to your customer service but they were not able to give me another option. But somehow I made the return. But ordering directly from Skechers again? Never.

It didn't pass 3 full months since I bought Sketchers work shoes and they already started to fall apart from just walking in them, as they are not built well.
Both left and right shoe started to breakdown in the exactly same spot, and when you take a step and look at it, it's so obvious why they are breaking down at that position. So freaking overpriced shoes that are built for just looking at them. I tried Sketchers multiple times in life and every single time they didn't last more than few months. Shame on you for such poor products! Never buying again, if it was last shoes on earth!

In 2023 I bought Go walk 5 which were also labelled as waterproof. The tongue has skechers go dry label on it and at the side of the shoe it says waterproof. In the recent storm they were not waterproof at all. My feet and socks were wet from the rain. Clearly the labelling is a lie and a scam since some of the shoes they sell now say 100% waterproof at the side of the shoes. The shoes are in good condition so the "waterproofing" must have worn away. Shoes are not 100% waterproof unless they are Gore-Tex. I will be buying Gore-Tex shoes from now on if I want completely waterproof shoes and not buying skechers ever again.
