Should Be Zero Stars
If it could be zero then it would be. I ordered something from this website and I never received it. Communicated back and forth a couple of times with someone named Ravin Porter who assured me the order was on the way and offered me an extra one because of the delay. After the third attempt with them they stopped responding. But the thing that really makes me mad is I charged back my credit card and got the money back. Now over 3 months later they've reopened the dispute with Discover Card. But the only thing they gave Discover card was a copy of the invoice and not a copy of any type of tracking proving that they delivered the product which they did not. I talked to Discover and it has already gone in my favor for the second time but this company is really bad and not trustworthy. And the nerve of them to try and claim they sent me something when they know full well they did not. This is a buyer beware type situation and I hope people actually see this.
