Excellent customer service.
A product is only as good as the after care and customer service if there is an issue. I am a return customer and love the quality of the pieces. My leather bracelet broke. I called and spoke to real person yesterday. I'm looking at the replacement on my wrist within 24hrs.

I loved the Joker man bracelet stack and ordered. Not only but 2 very nice free gifts, which is pretty much unheard of these days from a company! I found my MAN company for good quality bracelets, necklaces and accessories!! The Joker 🌑 beads sent by mistake. Shot an email to say and instantly already shipped the correct Light color beads I wanted!! The free St.Patrick ☘️day bracelet and the very Kool, just awesome high quality Skull💀key fob key chain holder is spectacular and has good girth!!
Take if from a long time rocker Deadhead 🤠, this company rocks and their Customer service support is the best I seen from this Hippie Boomer!!

The product arrived timey and as described, but what really made this a great experience was the customer service I received approximately two weeks later. Their warranty program, which I directly benefited from, is outstanding and really shows that this
company values their customers and
stands behind their products. An accident at work totally destroyed one
of my Specter bracelets. I contacted
SkeletonHD regarding the warranty. All
they required was a photograph and
verification of the address to send the
replacement merchandise. I received
my replacement merchandise in a
couple days. It's hard to find customer
service of this caliber today. SkeletonHD really values their customers. This was such a great experience that I just ordered the Dark Force bracelets.

I couldn’t adequately describe in words how amazing this company is. The customer service alone should be enough to make you want to keep shopping with them. Within hours, sometimes even minutes, your item is shipped and arrives in a few days and not a few weeks like most companies. The quality of the products far outweigh any expectations I had. I wear my pieces to work shower, and at the gym. Never an issue! The craftsmanship is unmatched! I have always worn beaded style bracelets as accessories with my every day outfits so I can definitely speak intelligently on the topic. EVERY bracelet prior to shopping with SkeletonHD would eventually stretch and break, sometimes even in public. Imagine the embarrassment of picking up scattered beads off the floor in front of everyone at an event. Never have to worry about that with SkeletonHD. The construction is impeccable and the amount of compliments I get are too many to count. Multiple purchases in, I can honestly say I will continue shopping with them and collecting pieces from them. Don’t settle for cheap plastic knockoffs from the mall or shady online sites. If you want style and quality, do yourself a favor and shop SkeletonHD. I assure you that you will not be disappointed!!!

I had an issue with a broken bracelet, Alex responded to my email very swiftly with all the information I needed to provide to be eligible for the products warranty. Once that was all completed Alex was able to send out a replacement. Very happy with outcome!!

Yes, the products are not particularly inexpensive—intentionally so! However, each product is of high quality, customer service is exceptionally fast and courteous, and shipping is unmatched in terms of speed and cost—even within Switzerland, with no additional taxes, fees, or similar charges (which is unusual).

Even special requests were accommodated (a special number on a limited edition, numbered watch), and the service was always fast and extremely friendly! Special thanks go to Alex—you're fantastic!

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Their products aren’t cheap but trust me when I say you get what you pay for. Everything they make is quality! I have some of the bracelets and the phantom x watch. Even the packaging exceeds expectations. Customer service is great too. Other companies could learn a lot from Skeleton HD

This company’s customer service team has set the bar so high I don’t see ANY sellers competing with them. I had an issue with my original purchase and I voiced my disappointment. Their customer service team reached out to me several times but I didn’t respond. Nevertheless, they sent me a replacement item plus a special gift. They NEVER gave up trying to satisfy me. Great shopping experience with SkeletonHD, the jewellery is excellent quality and really well made. I wear mine daily. The free gift was also lovely and sits nicely on my desk. A friend of mine was so impressed with SkeletonHDs products, we made a repeat order just for them. My shipment arrived quickly and well packaged. Thank you and I can highly recommend SkeletonHD!

Starting with the negative first. Shipping. UPS in my country is horrible, shipping part was a mess. Customer service at SkullHD did not understand the situation completely at first, so was a bit frustrating. Giving full 5 stars because of the look and durability of the beads and cuffs. I bang them up almost daily, not a scratch. Bought similar products from other companies where it gets scratched and ruined real quick. And their price point is almost the same. If UPS was not so useless where i live, i would definetly order again.

I’ve never been a big jewellery guy but SkeletonHD kept popping up everywhere and caught my interest.
I contacted them to ask a couple of questions and found them highly responsive which is a huge positive. No bots here.
I ordered one box and a seperate piece and have to say I could not be happier.
The quality is there at the forefront in obvious abundance. They have a weight to them and appear seriously well built.
Even the packaging is above expectations.
Would I buy from them again isn’t really the question. It’s more of a when.
The answer: ASAP.
