First experience with the company great. Got two beautiful neon signs. Next I waited for months and then I asked please send. They finally sent some cheap neon that was half as thick with wire that was red on a clear sign. One of the new signs has already broken. Any company that gets.worse not better with time is to be avoided.

We ordered a sign for our daughter for Christmas nearly two years ago. We were promised delivery on time, but it arrived a month after Christmas. Then it only partially works. Sketch & Etch had me send videos showing how it didn’t work. They promised to make a new one, but had delay after delay. They have since stopped responding to me. This company is full of lies.

Shocking ! Our neon went "missing" and a fake tracking link was provided. When it finally arrived (in Feb 2024), we did not receive a remote. They said it would be sent out but we are yet to receive anything. The neon has recently started sparking. Even when turned off at the wall the neon was still flashing indicating a major fault. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

SKETCH has closed business now. I hear they own a lot of people's money. This company was going under a restructuring process and goes under management as a result.

Working at Sketch and Etch has been a rewarding experience filled with creativity and hard work. But, not getting paid feels like a dark cloud hanging over our otherwise vibrant workplace. It's disheartening because we know the company has so much potential, and our innovative designs are making waves. Yet, not being compensated not only hurts our morale but also makes us question the company's integrity. We're not just feeling the pinch in our wallets; it's also a matter of fairness and doing what's right. Resolving this issue isn't just about money, it's about staying true to our values of fairness and respect. As an ex-employee they won't give you your sign and they won't pay their employees for time worked. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely NO Customer Support or Backup. Tried and tried in vain, every number I could find, any emails they listed and 2 weeks down the track no reply from anyone there. I really feel I've been scammed big time, the Sign I bought and waited forever for, stopped working after 8mths, I really should've dealt with a Local Company or known Company, what an absolute waste of $400, please don't get caught out like I did.

They don't pay their remote employees. It's almost May and I haven't received my Salary for December or January??? Don't buy from this company!!! I won't be getting my money but you can at least save yours by not buying from them.

We purchased a sign from them that took months to receive. Now we have it the power doesn’t work and I cannot get on to them. They don’t answer emails or calls. Terrible service

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I purchased our sign for our wedding in January 2024! The order said it would take 3-4 weeks… that time passed. I reached out asking for an update since I didn’t receive it yet. I was told mid February they’re having “supply chain issues” but that someone will be reaching out to me shortly with tracking information. I responded back asking for an estimated time of delivery… and have never received a response since! We are in April 2024 now!!! No response to many emails! No response to many voicemails left on their message box when I call because nobody is ever available when I call. I have even tried messaging through their social media platforms as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I have filed a dispute with my bank. This is for my wedding and I can’t believe a company would act this way!

My order arrived damaged.

There was no packaging in the box to ensure it was safe.

Only half of the sign worked, some of the letters only half illuminated when putting pressures on connections they worked.

Very poor quality work.

I have tried to contact head office for over a week. Calling & emails daily no one answers.

Very slow delivery, full of excuses, there are faster suppliers out there. They offer on time guarantee but wont refund when they don't deliver. Many reviews sites say the same thing. Probably need to allow 12 weeks for delivery. Have not got my product yet but I believe the quality is good when you finally get it.
