I want a refund of my ticket and all i hear is that somebody will call me...I am waiting for someone to help me out and it had been a week now

Stay away. Worst ever service.
Booked a flight from Bangalore to Sydney via Honkong for the first week of Feb, 2020. Due to corona virus, flights got cancelled 4 days before the journey. I was assured a full refund and its been 4 weeks, not refund received.
I call them every 2 days asking for the refund and they have no answer. I email them and they never reply. They have no regard for their customers, extremely bad service and always beating around the bush when asked with a query. Every single time the same lady picks up the call and becomes irritated when asked for the delay in the process.
I'm a student and have no means of loosing around $600, but because of skiddoo, I lost it.
Do not expect any refund from them at all.
Stay away.

After a ten day runaround with the online horror show that is FLY365 [avoid them at all costs] Skiddoo processed my booking and issued the tickets in less than an hour. I'm happy. And it's good to know there are efficient and reliable online travel agents :)

Asked to cancel flight on 2nd, done on the 6th.
Doesnt answer my question.

Booking process was straightforward.

More impressive was the service when I had to cancel the ticket due to a family emergency. They were very helpful and the request was attended to surprisingly quickly.

It was an excellent experience booking my flight through Skiddoo. The website was very helpful, clear and straight forward which is what I like. Also, following with an itinerary straight away was amazing. Thank you Skiddoo and I am looking forward to flying with you!

I mistakenly made an incorrect reservation and would have been on the wrong return flight to Australia. Skiddoo corrected this problem for me with a minimum of fuss and now all is good. Thanks so much to those concerned

Sorry but I am extremely disappointed with Skiddoo. Because I actually booked and paid for Vietnam Airway flights (for myself and my sister Jacqueline Hall) on Aunt Betty, then cancelled them as I wanted BA flights. SO this cost $500 per ticket.

I then saw on Skiddoo BA flights for the price of $3800 or thereabouts and had these open on two browsers so we could use separate credit cards for the two tickets. I literally spent 1min paying for my sisters ticket and then when I went to pay for mine, it said 'no tickets available' which obviously caused me a panic. Because we want to fly together and sit together. I then had to find this flight again and the price went up to over $4k so an additional 400 or so for the ticket which was purchased 5mins later.

Not good.

I won't every be doing that again.

Poor service was told my e-ticket would be emailed to me in 24 hours. After a week I am still waiting to receive it

Booked a simple one-way fare on Thai Airways. Quite straight forward and ticket issued within 48 hours. So far so good.

Reasonable rates, easy navigation, promptly transferred the ticketing to the airline.

I tried to book an appointment, but put in the wrong date but it would not let me change it and I had to get out of Skiddoo & rebook. They then sent me an email to complete my 1st booking so I replied & advised them what happened and they fixed it for me.

Easy to find and scroll flights. Thanks..keep up..
