No issues with using this service. Price was competitive while the board I hired was good quality. I'd recommend and use again.

Poor service - old equipment
Sport Glisse/Sport 2000 Tignes Val Claret. Majority of rental equipment tired - as they say themselves three seasons old. Due to heavy usage increased risk of damage to equipment. They still make you pay new price when damaged (and ask why bothered as insurance pays)!! Better and fairer alternatives in Tignes Val Claret!! Give them a miss!!

Bad customer service
We booked ski hire, including insurance. My girlfriend had an accident at home 2 days before we were to travel and fractured her skull. We asked for a refund of the ski hire and were told we couldn't have one as she was intoxicated on the hospital report. She'd had a glass of wine with her dinner. The ski hire people didn't care. We paid for ski hire and insurance to cover something like this but they wouldn't budge. The skis never even made it out of the rental shop. The ferry company, chalet hire and lift passes all refunded in full with a message of sympathy. It would appear this company put profit over customer care. I'd recommend you book elsewhere.

Worked really well (Les Arcs 1950)
I thought this might not go well since the price was so low. However everything went like clockwork and ski/boot package was great. Probably cost half the list price in the shop. Very happy.

Don't expect the same skis or even this years skis!
I hired in La Tania and choose the Platinum skis (most expensive). I went to the shop and when I told them I had pre-booked online I was sent round the back to a shed which had skis that where at least 2 seasons old. When I asked for a pair of Rossignol Soul 7 I was told that he wasn't allowed to give me the top of the range skis. Would not use again as you are not receiving a discount on the latest skis, just paying for old worn out skis. VERY DODGY SYSTEM!
