Really expensive shipping costs and costs are not returned if you want to exchange the item (snowboard). Ended up paying allost 900 sek (80 eur) in shipping while other similar companies offer free shipping.

Don't rent in advance! Cancellation policy unnecessary strict. Even when a rainstorm hits Isaberg it is absolutely impossible to change booking. They have no prblem charging your credit card in advance, though. Poor service.
