SCAM ALERT - DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY!! We placed an order on 5 November, and received a confirmation e-mail the same day. Despite three e-mails following up on where the product is, we have still not received it and it's now 2 February. We also fell into the trap of not realising the purchase price was in US$, so it cost us twice what we were expecting, with no product to show for it. DON'T GO NEAR THESE GUYS!

UPDATE 9/2/2025 - After several e-mails to Skillfulg re my order, I can now say that they have provided us with a credit for our purchase. Well done Skillfulg... it only took three months! Appreciate they have returned our money, but would not recommend or buy off them again.

First alarm bell was the double charge(blamed myself for not checking currency, but now see it’s part of the scam) product never arrived, ordered 8th of November it’s now 8th of Jan, tracking information is a scam site, new package supposedly sent in Dec when I complained, but no tracking information provided despite asking. Scammed out of $160nzd. Lame.

I wish I'd read reviews before ordering. I ordered something for $24 and was charged $40 even worse is 7 weeks later the product hasn't arrived and it was supposed to be a secret santa present. I sent a mail as soon as I saw they are charged me too much and recieved no response and I have written 2 further mails and have not had any response.

Don't buy from this company. Couldn't provide any accurate tracking on the shipment. Gave deliver date for 2022 when it is 2024. (oh not responsible for those errors.) Product showed up without being sent in a proper shipping box and was smashed. Wants to charge me to return the junk. Don't waste your money.

Company quoted me £20 for a product, then charged me £32. When I tried to cancel and requested a refund they stated they couldn't do this as the order had already been processed. I then received an email 10 minutes later confirming my order. This company is not to be trusted, avoid like the plague.

This is a scam site that overcharges customers. Avoid at all costs.

The comfort and quality is amazing. Especially for the price! This is my new favorite go to.
