Skims Body - Plunge thong bodysuit

I have been wanting to try Skims shape wear for a while so for Christmas I bought the plunge thong bodysuit in Sienna and I love it. It fits perfectly and is comfortable even for all day wear, it smooths out all the right places and feels great. Highly recommend.

I love all of the Fits Everybody…

I love all of the Fits Everybody tshirts and under wear. I wear them at work layered or not . I wear them when I travel anywhere in the world (Mongolia , Antarctica, Iceland , Italy…)They are the perfect shirts long sleeved or short sleeved …I can pack 4 different colors that are extremely lightweight and perfect! and they are easy to wash in a hotel room as they dry quickly.
I am also in love with the one piece support undergarments with a brief and high back that smooth every thing! Bring back please ;)
I am wearing both the under garment and shirt long sleeved shirt in the lovely green blue right now !

Very disappointed with my experience…

Very disappointed with my experience with SKIMS. My order was marked as delivered but I never received the package. I contacted customer service for help and instead of resolving the issue quickly, I was told to wait several more days for an investigation.

I’ve already waited and checked everywhere around my property and with neighbours, and the package is still missing. The response from customer service felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially considering this is an expensive order.

For a brand like SKIMS, I expected much better customer support and accountability when something goes wrong with delivery. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I like the clothes and the quality is…

I like the clothes and the quality is great. However, the free shipping option is very slow and packages seem to get lost quite often. As an Onyx member, I expected free shipping, but switching to DHL still requires an additional fee.

Returns are also quite expensive — if something doesn’t fit, the DHL return cost can be nearly half the price of the item. Because of this, I feel hesitant to try new products.

Great product! Horrible customer service!!!!

Product is fine but customer service is horrible. My second purchase (loved the first) came with a tear in the pants. Getting them to accept the return is filled with obstacles starting with wanting more photos than I took on a family vacation! Next time I will buy it through Nordstrom’s which everyone knows has excellent customer service.

So bad

Ordered a few items. Among these were a pair of underwear and matching bra. When I received my package, the bra was missing. I reached out to customer service as I had not been informed previously of a partial shipment or anything like that, so I was expecting it to still arrive. Got a response after like two business day and wouldn't you know it - now the bra is out of stock! Why did I have to reach out to you to get told this? Were you even going to tell me?!
I'm sending everything back and taking my business elsewhere. This was my first experience shopping with you, needless to say I won't be back.

Lingerie Closet

At age 64 I purchased my first pair of bra and underwear from SKIMS... To say that I am satisfied wouldn't even begin to describe my stat of mind!

My purchase included the back smoothing bra in jasper and a pair of 'boy' shorts. The color matches my skintone to a fault!!! The softness of the merch is nearly like a baby's whisper... And... AND they're comfortable!

I'm hooked!

I have purchased once. Sizes are not accurate, look at reviews and even then not accurate. Product I received was quality fabrics, bonus!

Customer service 100% horrible. Does not represent the brand well. If you have issues with anything kiss your hard earned $ goodbye!

I’m disappointed because I assumed celebrity product would want their name backed by quality standards, not so! I hope owner looking into this and opening their eyes!

I ordered the SKIMS BODY BUTT ENHANCING PADDED BRIEF, and lo and behold I didn't know I was ordering SATELLITE DISHES for my A**!! These things are unrealistically huge!! Very disappointed and they were FINAL SALE! BECAUSE THEY WOULDNT EVEN WANT THEM BACK! Your company is doing well why wouldn't you address a disappointment such as this. I don't have Kim. K money if I did I wouldn't have bothered with this email! or have a problem with you keeping my money! for something that's
going in the trash!!!

Refund impossible to obtain for returned item

Ordered a number of items, most were too small. Sent a number back, all except one were refunded, one item was not refunded as they claimed it was on “final sale”. It definitely wasn’t, I checked this before ordering. Trying to get a refund has been impossible - multiple emails unanswered, when they finally answer after chasing repeatedly the answer is AI, endlessly informing me of how to obtain a refund when I have already tried, absolutely useless and I am very fed up to lose the cost of the non-refunded item. Will not order from them again. Edited to say: within an hour of this review I have finally been advised that they will issue a refund. There are multiple reviews here with the same issues I have raised and many people have clearly given up in frustration - suggest the best way to get them to respond is to use Trustpilot.

Needs more QUALITY CONTROL

The service online is fast and simple. Order what you want or think you need.

The only complaint I do have is the quality of the many items I had purchased had declined.
The bra’s fall apart after 3 washes (yes, I follow the cleaning instructions) and the lounge wear seems to need more quality control. Very disappointed in this company! I’ve seen a lot of her items at Ross or other store similar. When she first came out it was great. Now now.

The product quality is terrible after…

The product quality is terrible after using the pantiesthe start to unglued from the botton, i don't even place this items in the dryer machine and they did that I contacted the customer services and because I past the 90 days policy by 7 days they did nothing about is I fought with them via chat and they cancell the chat I was so frustrated that I start email and the said the same tingh over and over. They were uncapable to reconize the poor quality of this product. I wont never by anything from this company.

Soft shirt, but very tight

I love the many options that Skims offers its customers. This particular shirt (I ordered a medium, which is my usual size in T-shirts) was VERY tight. Other than that, the material is soft, and the design is adorable. It's more of a pajama top now, though, because it's so tight.

Awful Customer service

Awful Customer service! I haven’t received my parcel! I have been told on the 17th of Feb that I would be receiving a reply from the Customer service team! Today is the 27th and I have emailed them every single day for a response and no reply! Shocking from SKIMS! Supposed to be Kim Kardashian’s brand isn’t it? Not looking good! If I don’t get a reply within the next 24 hours, I’ll be going to my bank and reporting this directly
