So I’ve been a faithful customer to skims for some years now and I mean I loved how soft and silky the items feel almost like your not wearing any under garment I recently had a bad experience in which has never happened before where the shipping company stated that they delivered my package when in deed they didn’t have a ring camera in which I shared videos to prove that I didn’t get them on the time and date they stated and skims wasn’t able to ship me my items nor refund me I didn’t want a refund I just really wanted my items nor they stated that since on the shipping handler end they put delivered they go by that and there’s nothing that can be done I was highly upset because there’s items are costing if you live in nyc you know that things are stolen constantly & I feel like they have been very dismissive and I have sent them more then enough proof .. also it was two separate shipment when we had the big storm ..

I’ve send my item back to get a refund I sent this 5 months ago and still have not received a refund nor reply.

My items came in an opened, beat up box.

Love my skims! Have multiple pieces from multiple collections and haven’t been disappointed!

Order placed on 29 November 2025 never arrived. Almost £400 was taken and not refunded for over a month. Communication was extremely poor throughout, despite repeated follow-ups.

When I complained, the only “resolution” offered was a 30% discount on a future purchase, which is completely unacceptable given the situation.

Very disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering again.
