Do not trust them
I ordered the face cleansing machine - the one that is supposed to suck out impurities. I followed the instructions and used it on the lowest setting and it bruised my forehead and chin. 5 days later and the bruises haven’t gone. I emailed them pictures and they offered me a 10% refund or a full refund if I pay for the return myself. They didn’t even seem to care that their product could damage people’s skin. I look like simba getting blessed with the red dust on his forehead
