As of 04/19/2026 you cannot withdraw your currency, and there seems to be no way to contact support. The issue is seemingly persistent and the whole website is most likely a scam.

Dont answer ticket for severals day even when admin are online. Unable to withdraw my winnings.
It has been like 4 days since I sent a ticket just to be able to withdraw; admins connect but don't respond to me. I'm unable to withdraw and other people are complaining about that too in the chat.
Run from this non professional site.
I will change my comment only if they take the time to respond and fix my problem; that is very simple.
That's sad because this site was promising.

BEWARE! SCAM SITE! NEVER RECEIVED MONEY
Went from some little balance to over 100 coins and i had to do KYC to withdraw which was alright and i did it then i requested my withdrawal into Litecoin, days have passed and i have never seen my money. I asked support many many times which only once i got reply "just wait" and after that they are only lefting me on read on live chat. In general chat on site where would i put a message that i have not got any money they will delete it and mute my account and delete messages.
I wrote them an email which never got a reply.
