FALSE ADVERTISING: "Instant" is a lie. They hold your money for 7+ days.

Do not trust the 'Instant Payout' claim on their homepage. It is a complete bait-and-switch. I traded my skin in good faith, and only AFTER they took my item did they inform me that I wouldn't receive my Litecoin until the 17th due to 'trade protection'.

They are essentially holding my funds hostage while they already have my skin. If I wanted to wait a week, I would have sold it on the Steam Market. Their support gives scripted, useless answers and ignores the fact that their marketing is deceptive.

Avoid SkinCashier if you actually need your money fast. They trap your items and then change the rules. Absolute predatory behavior.

Ive done 10 transactions with this site…

Ive done 10 transactions with this site and still has the same great experience. It was also my first time selling with trade protection, so the payments are delayed for a week, but I was able to get the balance in my PayPal
Also, thanks to Julia for being a good customer service rep

Scam-like Delays and Unprofessional Support

I tested this website with $9 worth of skins. After the 7-day Steam trade lock was already finished, they added another 25 hours of “protection” before paying me. Steam showed my items were fully tradable for 5 hours already, yet they refused to release the payout and couldn’t provide any proof that the API was still holding the trade.

Customer service is terrible — there seems to be only one support person, who rarely responds. They claim to be a multi-million company, but can’t even hire 24/7 customer support. On top of that, the pricing is unfair and far lower compared to other marketplaces.

Overall, this site feels scam-like, with unnecessary extra delays, unresponsive support, and unfair rates. Definitely not recommended.

Better use another marketplace. Skincashier is shit
