Pro-5 Collagen SPF 30. Never seen my skin look so terrible. Swelling and redness under my eyes. Rough patches on my face. The smell is bad too.

I love the skin research range. I use the serum and it’s very good and helps my dry aging skin. I always buy at a discounted price but the products I have tried have been good so far.

Their product gave me an allergic reaction, they did not care. Offered £10 towards a product on their website, where they charge 3x the amount compared to other retailers.

I usually check Trustpilot before buying online but it slipped my mind this time and I went ahead and ordered the Dragons Blood sensitive skin serum. I was horrified when I came here later and read the reviews talking about skin damage, burning and fake products. My experience has been the opposite. The serum is lovely - I’ve used it for 3 days with no side effects at all and some beneficial effects already. Shipping was fast and the products looked and were just as advertised on the website. On a different review site this company scores a solid 4.9 so I’m a bit mystified. Overall I’d say SkinChemists is worth a punt. My own experience has been entirely positive!

Purchased a few bits from tk Maxx. These products are REALLY bad. Burns from the second they go on and red/peeling skin the next day.

This is almost certainly a scam company affiliated with TK Maxx in some way. I paid less than a tenner per item but the ‘RRP’ is supposedly £200+. I think it’s highly unlikely they’ve ever sold a single unit at anywhere near that price, they just list them on their own website at that price so they can claim the RRP then sell them via other distributors at less than 10% of that price.

Pretty sure this company is breaking some kind of law here. Am of a mind to report them to trading standards.

All the positive reviews on here are v obviously fake too.

Their night moisturisers have dried up my skin very badly. I have never experienced issues with other face creams that contain ingredients as retinol, hyaluronic acid, and collagen, but these are really bad. Such a shame for products that claim to have natural ingredients and are highly priced.

What can I say super fast delivery and beautiful packaging ( let’s be honest us women love great packaging )
The products are beautiful leaving my skin feeling so good … glowing and super hydrated.

Iv used for a month the wrinkle killer. At first thought wow so many bad reviews. However persistent me said be that one person to ignore the reviews. Anyway the first week or so I agree it has a tacky texture but as the weeks have gone on my skins somewhat adapted to the formula and whether that’s a good or bad thing my skins actually glowing. I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect because I was willing on this item.
Would I buy again yes as it’s a bargain but that is down to whether the company stays trading after all these bad reviews.

I bought their Facial Cleansing Bars from Debenhams, I have never felt disappointed in my life. Each time I used the soap, it was as if I was washing my face with pepper, my face was so sore and red, I had to stop on the third day. I also had to return 2 of the day and night moisturiser due to poor quality. Still waiting for my refund.

I have tried to cancel my subscription 3 weeks prior before renewal. My emails had been ignored up until the new delivery went out and was charged. Then suddenly the customer service replied with a standard email without taking into account any of my previous emails. I am still in contact with skinchemist and are yet to receive a refund after almost half a year after. I have never received such terrible customer service.

Didn’t like the consistency of the product that I bought at all the product was poor quality quality felt like it had lots of fillers and not natural products in it made my skin break out

It will not let me go back atleast 4-5 years on my original experience so please ignore that. I was one of the original testers that trialled alot of there products when they first came out and ive never looked better. I'm 32 and still get asked for I.D occasionally. I've been using these products for many years and never had a allergic reaction. The people complaining are keyboard warriors. Some people get allergic to ingredients and that is life there's no need running a company into the ground due to your personal issues. I use all the wrinkle killer products and love them.

Ordered the EDP No.33 horrible, smells so bad, very old product, so sad.

I ordered four skincare sets. These were dispatched two weeks after i placed order and only one set was sent.

I have been trying to reach them but no response from them.

Received a toner to try and review today. Lovely toner, goes on well, no greasy residue and leaves skin refreshed and looking good.

I have sent this company 2 E.mails as I have not received my goods yet.although I purchased them on the 1-8-2024
and they don't even reply me back 😒

Their vitamin C cream caused me a horrible reaction, usually I can use up such creams on my hands, but even then they react. While a hyaluronic moisturiser is like a glue. Deeply suspicious of how these expensive products end up discounted by 90% on sites like T K Maxx. They obviously have multiple brand names and I wouldn't touch any of them again.

Every product I try just get better and better!

The lemon butter, the green caviar serum, the wrinkle killer, the R1 retinol etc!
My skin feels and looks completely renewed, I’ve been using these products for a good few months now… they work amazingly plus they smell great too! Something I never thought I’d be saying about skincare products!
I’m a 29 year old man who’s always worked outside, getting roughed up and being exposed to the sun, having the odd drink and the odd cig afterwards and on nights out.
It’s never done my skin any favours!
Over the years I’ve tried Botox (for headaches, the smooth look was great), but I’ve not touched that for a couple years now, and being a typical man I never actually focused on my skin itself!
These products have really evened out my complexion and given me a nice smooth, plump but tightened face, frown and smile lines are gone, even the elevens, no breakouts and when I raise my brows my forehead is as smooth as a botoxed one.
I’ve never really gotten compliments on my skin until now, not that it was terrible but it was just your average male face, a bit dull with dark circles…
I’m so impressed and I’m glad that I actually started to take care of my skin, it’s about time I did and I won’t be looking back now.
Everyone said oh do it now whilst age is on your side but with these products and other reviews I’ve seen, anyone can start at any time and get great results!
I recommend it to everyone.

Skin chemist advanced lash intensive. It feels dry when pulling out the brush. What should it feel like?
I will persevere and try. But a bit disappointed 😞
