Easy process and great doctors

Great service and straightforward for those that don’t feel comforting outside with skin issues.

I highly recommend this company - they are caring and professional, extremely knowledgeable and approachable. This is the second time we have had cause to use them and they are a pleasure to deal with.

I made an appointment at my convenience, with no long delays relying on the NHS.

Easy to connect and great advice using photos, the video call and a discussion about symptoms.

The prescription was via a home delivery which took a day.

I've done a course of Isotretinoin with skindoc and could not recommend them highly enough!

The majority of my appointments were with Dr Sree, who was incredibly attentive, knowledgable, and a genuinely lovely person. I've had very few interactions with doctors who feel like they truly care, and Dr Sree really does. He took the time to ensure that I was completely informed and comfortable with my options, and from our very first appointment I knew I was in good hands.

I also had two appointments with Dr Natalya, who was absolutely wonderful! She was very informative and made me feel very supported in managing my side effects.

Finally, Penny was lovely and very helpful throughout my treatment, ensuring that any admin queries that I had were addressed quickly and thoroughly.

The service is also incredibly efficient. Booking appointments is easy with lots of availability, and having my prescriptions dispatched via Phlo meant I usually received my next course within 2-3 days of my appointment.

Skindoc made my treatment accessible, affordable, and the doctors really do have your best interest at heart. The treatment could have been a stressful experience, but the incredible doctors and staff here ensured it was smooth, safe, and easy.

The acne photo upload service was thorough and had a rapid turnaround. Dr. Sree Krishna provided a comprehensive clinical letter explaining my acne type and treatment options. I was pleased with the service, pricing, and assistance from the admin team with my follow-up queries.

After learning that my local dermatologist nhs service is a years wait for an appointment I decided to look for private alternatives-
Had my first appointment with Dr Manrup who was extremely professional and kind, advised a treatment plan and wrote a GP report all done in one session-

We had a great experience. Dr Emma Amoafo was extremely competent and kind, she talked us through all the various treatments and really listen to what we were saying. Emails were answered by the admin department straight away and the medication was prescribed and posted to us and arrived within 24 hours. I suppose you get what you pay for, although I found overall that this has been fairly reasonable pricewise . I highly recommend this medical company.

I’ve wanted to go on Spironolactone for a while as my skin was flaring up (I’d previously had a course of Isotretinion in my early 20s).
I sent my form off and had a response the following day with all my options. Agreed on the Spironolactone and received my prescription in the post a few days later.
I had a query on my medication and Penny and Dr Sree replied the same morning to address my concerns.
Outstanding communication and would highly recommend to anyone.

Incredible service (spironolactone consultation). Quick, affordable, efficient and really incredible communication. I felt so happy to be able to access such a seamless service and have my skin in good hands! Got my prescription very quick, and meant I could start treatment within 72hours of booking the consultation! couldn’t recommend enough!

Dr Sree is a total rock star. Not only has my skin improved substantially but I have genuinely looked forward to our catch ups. Can't recommend Dr Sree and the team highly enough!

Service is good but they should inform you at the beginning that you need a follow up every month and every follow up appointment will cost £149 for a five minute phone call. The price is extremely excessive especially as you have already paid for an initial consultation fee and you pay nearly £30 a month for the prescription. Plus you pay for regular blood tests. These costs should all be made clear at the beginning but sadly they’re not.
Following a lovely call, I have decided to change my review to 4 stars. I really appreciate the phone call and the willingness to help me and rectify my dissatisfaction. Great customer service.
