How i got scammed out of $2 by this phony a$$ 'company' - now with update! (thanks Ann!)

So my story begins with a raffle i entered for some durex products. I won a free sample package and as i neared checkout, I was just prompted to pay $2 shipping. Now, I am by any means not THAT naive as to put my card information on a random page that does not contain credible payment methods like Google pay or Paypal so I use Revolut burner cards for stuff like this (lifesaver and I really do recommend them). After that I got no confirmation email or anything of the sort that my order or payment have been confirmed so I contact the email listed below (skinisgreat support) to see what is happening. Now I am somehow their VIP subscriber? There is no way you become a subscriber by finishing checkout on an unrelated site guys. So I ask for a refund and they say that they will make an exception for me (how nice), unsubscribe me and give me a refund only if i give them a good review here??? Like, I will gladly leave you the $2 if it means one person will se this and say 'yeah im not getting scammed too'. Btw, they ask for a screenshot of the good review as 'proof to their supervisor that they solved my problem (they didn't and won't). I bet you you can send your 'supervisor' a screenshot of the email you sent me as proof that we were in contact ;) Sooo I guess coffee's on me after all Ann. Thanks for coming to my talk and don't try your luck like me!

Update: they cotacted me regarding my bad review and prompted me to remove it so they can issue a refund. I told them since they have dishonest tactics that i would not be doing that. Furthermore they are now saying that their system is flagging the refund and it causes trouble with refunding while it's still up (i can assure you that is not how anything works). I have sincerely never seen a weaker attempt of soft blackmailing in my life and everyithing was well worth the $2 just so you all can see what your possible trajectory with this "company" may look like. Kind regards.
