I placed my order easily enough, then had no updates for ages, when I emailed they said they never had my address which I clearly provided at the time of placing my order, which delayed the order, and then still nothing. Waited and waited for a confirmation email to say my order had been shipped. Still nothing so I emailed them for a refund, which they were quick to respond. How ever they refunded my money to my PayPal by echeck so I've been waiting over 2 weeks for it to clear in my PayPal as it's pending, they say it won't be until after the 19th Feb. So refund will have taken over 3 weeks. I made my original order weeks and weeks ago. So all in all what a waste of my time and my money, avoid! avoid avoid!! Update...I replied to an email I had from them to complain about my refund taking so long and there email automatically rejected it, I'm thinking they blocked my email address. How rude!!

Not tried it yet, quick delivery, below was question on if its tested on animals...No its not, it says on their website.

There was a slight delay on my order due to COVID but this company went out of its way to not only get my order to me but gave me a very generous future discount to use as well. Bought eye products for dark circles eyebags and fine lines and was really pleased with the immediate results

is this product tested on animals or not? i have tried countless times to get an answer to this?

I ordered two items as Christmas gifts. Still hadn’t received any confirmation of when they would arrive after over a week, so I got in touch. Orla was honest and helpful. The items are out of stock (although my order was accepted) - pulled out the Covid card. They cancelled my order immediately as requested and refunded my money.

Item was £8.90 and they tried to take £47.63 really???

Nobody answers my mails and I have made the order 10days ago , with a cost of 8.90€ for delivery and my order hadn’t arrived yet

I ordered vitamin c shots but something else was delivered when I complained the lady was very rude and let me wait for one hour still didn't respond. Orla was really rude with no manner and still didn't sort the issue so they are bunch of cheaters as took money for one product delivered another useless product 🙄

I give this product 5 stars for fast shipping. Only hope it does what it say on the packaging.

Great products! Trying a couple of samples currently, they came very quickly. I am using the dark spot corrector as i suffer from hyperpigmentation - I have only been using for a few months but the marks are noticeably lighter. Also trying the boost serum, it smells great and my skin quality has improved since i started using it. I’ll defiantly be buying the full sized products.

I never received the product that I have ordered. Skinlabo has send me the wrong product. after I have made an claim, they told me the the product will be available in October. Till today no reponse ... it's a pitty....

I absolutely love the fact althought I live in The Netherlands the products are delivered so fast! I also think it’s working but it is too soon to say since Ive been using them only for 2 weeks! I will send a new review soon.
