The experience at Skinlytics was completely outstanding and Lisa provides a cohesive customer service journey from the moment you enter the building! I had a mama's cleanse - the most relaxing thing for a pregnant woman to have. Lisa was very informative about the process/products being used and was more than happy to answer any questions I had throughout the experience. My partner also attended with me and had his own treatment so its amazing to know couples can experience the blissfulness together. Overall it was genuinely a great experience, I have already recommend Skinlytics to others and will definitely be back again myself!

On arrival me and my partner where greeted by a receptionist who escorted us downstairs to a waiting space for our appointment. Lisa was finishing up another client and as soon as she wrapped up she gave us a warm welcome, offering us beverages and asking about our day which was really dope of her. I had the Gentleman’s Club Experience & was extremely shocked at the in-depth knowledge Lisa had to show and teach me. Her skill set is second to none and honestly would recommend her to any other man looking to feel motivated, fresh and ready to attack life with a brand new glow. It was a 11/10 experience for me and I just want to thank you for being so kind to both me & my partner. Will be back in 6 weeks!!

Lisa was great. I really enjoyed my facial. Was my first time ever getting a facial and it was a great experience. Lisa talked me through each step. She was warm and friendly. I would highly recommend! Great customer service is key for me, Lisa definitely delivered!

Such a warm and welcoming person! Made me feel completely at ease. Being heavily pregnant she made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The facial was amazing from start to finish. The attention to the issues I pointed out was great. All the products smelt and felt amazing on my skin. The time taken allows you to truly relax and enjoy every moment. My skin feels refreshed. I can’t thank you enough! I will definitely be back to try more.

Skinlytics experience was priceless. Excellent customer service. The Complimentary cocktails aided me in calming my nerves as I was about to do a Green peal. Lisa understands what it takes to create a soothing ambiance, which is what was required to calm my nerves. R&B music flowing through the air waves whilst I got to relax was a spectacular idea. I got given a cupcake at the end of my Green Peal. The experience was perfect. I had to tip £50 just because how professional and excellent the service was. The Green peak truly done wonders to my skin. Lisa consistently checked in to see how my skin was doing, whilst the shedding process continued. Skinlytics truly only gives the best for the best. Even got an extra cheeky cocktail :) which I’m not complaining about. I would recommend Skinlytics to everyone and anyone

This was my 1st ever face treatment and I had the classic green peel. It was made so easy and comfortable for me simply by talking through each step involved as it was done. The service was also extremely professional both in person and during the booking process. Finally, the result achieved was amazing by following the post treatment instructions which involved using the take home products provided as part of the service.

I was also treated to a gift bag of cupcake and cocktail. My life was complete at this point :)

I think the one thing that I really loved was how educated and well versed Lisa is when it comes to the science aspect of Skin, which made me trust her instantly - before my appointment I expressed the concern I had around some on going skin issues and the information she provided me with made me trust her.

At my appointment the service was amazing and very relaxing, Lisa walked me through each step. I can’t wait for my next facial! Also love the location!

Honestly by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. She made me feel very relaxed and I absolutely love the results. The studio was spotless ! She explained everything during the process and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way.

For my first time receiving a facial I was really happy with the outcome with what work was done and completely astonished of what I saw with what I didn’t know what coming off my face so I would advise anybody to go and get yourself booked in to get the refreshing look.

I had a great first session with skinlytics and I must confess she’s the best skin care specialist I’ve had so far. The way she meticulously treated with skin was excellent and I’m definitely coming back for more session.

I got the dermaplaning and all I can say is WOW! My skin thanked me for that afterwards. It felt so smooth and fresh and I will definitely be booking again. She was gentle and spoke to me through out the treatment to make sure I was ok and I loved it.

Amazing experience, this is something that I will be doing regularly because the after effect was great!!
