Amazing tonics & mixers and quick delivery
Amazingly quick delivery, my order was fulfilled and delivered literally within a day! This company has always been very quick and pleasant to deal with and I highly recommend the tonics and mixers, cucumber was always my favourite but I haven't been able to get it for some time so raspberry is my next favourite!

All sorted now.
Placed 2 orders over Black Friday promotion. One on Wed 22/11/23 and the other on Thurs 23/11/23. I contacted Skinny to see if my orders could be delivered after the weekend as I was away for the weekend. I was told I could change this when I got my DPD delivery notification. I changed both orders to be delivered via DPD on Mon 27/11/23 when I would be home.
My one order was then delivered on Fri 24/11/23 right by my front door in full view of my road. When I got home on Sunday, it was gone. I contacted Skinny and no one has got back to me.
My other delivery that I changed to Mon 27/11/23 still has not been delivered. It is now Thurs 30/11/23.
I have contacted Skinny 3 times via email and their contact page and no one has got back to me. I know companies are busy with Black Friday and Christmas, but leaving 3 messages and not one reply isn't great.
I love Skinny tonics and have been buying them since they first came out and want to continue to buy from them but this lack of customer service to resolve an issue doesn't leave me feeling very confident.
I have never had such an issue before!
I didn't want to leave a bad review either as the drinks are fantastic but your delivery service definitely needs looking into.
Please can someone get back to me and sort this?
UPDATE: It’s now Sunday 3rd December 2023 and still no communication and still no Skinny tonic.

Someone contacted me on Monday 4th December. There had been some glitch with their emails, DPD and Black Friday ordering. They apologised and sent out my order.
VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER AGAIN!!!
