Great customer service
Maria with customer service was really helpful when I needed to change my delivery address. Very quick and easy and professional. Great experience with the whole process so far, 3 months in and over 15 pounds down!

Mixed service levels and delays in getting medications refilled
Latest customer service agent Jimmabelle who I spoke with was very polite and helpful so giving higher rating as result. In general though there is a very long delay in getting responses back particularly if you have questions to address. The chat function in the app is pretty useless for that reason, takes many days to get a response. Better if you call them directly. They can also sometimes take a very long time to refill medication causing gaps in coverage. Most recently they cancelled it in error and I had to start all over again with intake forms etc. The clinical team is not the most helpful in general.
