I have had 2 different bottles of face drops and they have both grown fungi in them.
The 2nd bottle was a replacement as I assumed for whatever reason that the 1st time was a one off but as it's happened again it makes me question just what is in their products to be growing mushrooms inside the bottle???
Not only this but the customer service is absolutely appauling.
They wont give me a refund and want me to send the products back to them.
I have decided instead to send the bottles to the ACCC for further investigation.
I'm sure there are many more reputable brands out there as goodness knows what this fungi could possibly do if applied to your skin.
I'm sure Skinny Tan will reply with whatever excuses but you have been warned.

As previously advised by our Customer Support Team, unfortunately, we simply are unable to reverse the transaction if the purchase was not made directly on our website. As this was purchased from a retailer, we can only offer a replacement product which is what was done in this case.
We have sent a replacement in December for the same product and also as a gesture of goodwill sent you a second product which was the Coconut Water Face Bronzing Mist.
As we have not received the product sample , we are only able to observe based on the photos you sent and from that we advised it can potentially be a separation issue meaning the consistency of the product may have changed which can be due to a number of reasons. However this should still be quite safe to use.
Once again, we are truly sorry about how you feel and we appreciate you sharing this feedback with us.

Always loved this product but ….
Always loved this product,and rave on to my friends about it ! Recently bought coconut water bundle and the 2 spray bottles of coconut water arrived and they are green in colour ! So disappointed, clearly the product has gone over , now I’m out of pocket and unable to use the product 😩😩😩!

The customer service was good but…
The customer service was good but ridiculous size box it came in for the little product but sadly the tanning drops weren’t for me. I developed a rash and had to stop using them which was a shame because the colour was great and natural. I wish I knew what ingredient it was as I never have a problem with beauty creams etc 🤷🏻♀️

Faulty pump and poor service
I recently ordered 2 skinny tan mousses and both were faulty, pump not working. One was replaced, the other not despite contacting the company and providing evidence of fault. I’ve been buying skinny tan for years but will no longer be a customer, really poor customer service.

I've just been blocked on X for asking a genuine question about 1 of their products as I couldn't find how to get in touch with customer services. I find that unprofessional, disrespectful & disgraceful. What a horrible thing to do to a loyal customer.

Tan & Tone oil - OMG this is excellent I am not the best at putting tan on but this goes on excellently and my skin feels superb. Usually the tan around knees feet and ankles usually gives me away but i use oil and stroke lightly and it looks real. I am so happy I will defiantly purchase again.
I have the Q10 serum to try next… fingers crossed i get the same if not better result. 😀

The 2 star review is for p&p and not the items ( not tried them yet as they were a present) £70 paid for a bundle and when it arrived a bottle had burst, customer services were excellent and a replacement was sent out, that replacement was badly packaged and was also damaged. 3rd bottle sent out and was recieved intact. Advised customer service that their packaging section needs to be looked at.

I ordered notox as I received an email saying I would receive a free gift with my order for 48 hours only. Didn’t receive the free gift and they’ve ignored my email querying this.
Edit: I have now received contact from Skinny Tan and they have sent me the missing gift. Very happy with their response and the products are great.
