Professional Clinic with Exceptional Staff
I’ve had a great experience with this cosmetic clinic and the treatments they provide. The attitude of the staff is consistently welcoming, friendly, and professional, which really makes a difference.
In particular, Elizabeth at the Greenwich clinic and Kristine in Orpington stand out — both are incredibly kind, approachable, and highly professional. They made me feel comfortable, well looked after, and confident throughout my visits.
I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent treatments delivered by genuinely caring and skilled professionals.

Stay away, my nails got ruined during one visit. I am waiting over two weeks for a refund. I just spoke to Treatwell and they informed me the refund has not been actioned by the salon. Not to mention that they called me to take off the bad review! When I refused, they responded with lies! Shocking behaviour!
