Just finished my level 2 facial training in Clapham with the lovely Rebecca! Such a fun, informative day and I can’t thank Rebecca enough for being such a patient trainer. Rebecca is truly an asset to the skin philosophy team. Her teaching style helps you feel relaxed enough to learn and take in new information and she doesn’t make you feel bad for making mistakes. Thank you skin philosophy! Looking forward to coming back for my level 3 training soon.

I had the most amazing two days with Rebecca at Battersea. I learned so much and feel very confident in my new skills. I can’t wait to come back for my Level 3 facial electrics course :) Thank you again!

I have recently done my L4 Radiofrequency over in the Battasea branch. I really enjoyed learning how to perform the treatment. My mentor Rebecca (who also taught me L2 & L3) was super helpful. She is always encouraging and patient, I couldn’t have done it without her!

I have just completed the Level 3 Facial Electrics in London with Rebecca as my tutor. The course is easy to follow and packed full of useful information. The practical days were great, we were a small class of six students, and Rebecca is a really inspiring facialist who is generous with her knowledge. I definitely recommend Skin Philosophy for anyone looking to get into the skincare industry!

Emma is such an amazing and supportive trainer. I am so grateful to have had her support me through my finals. She’s just the BEST. Absolutely love her and she truly cares for us students. Thank you so much.

I started my beauty training with Skin Philosopy since 2023, initially just to complete my Anatomy and Physiology. However, with the guidance and support from the amazing student team, I decided to progress further and enrolled in Levels 2 and 3. The quality of training I received was outstanding, and it quickly became clear that I wanted to advance learning more about the skin.

I then pursued Level 4 qualifications in Microneedling, Peels and I cannot thank Rebecca and Anna Louise enough. Their technical knowledge and teaching skills are truly unmatched. I consider myself extremely particular when it comes to education and my work as I am already a Laser Therapist for over 12 years. And they exceed all my expectation and more, the support groups, guidance and love they put into this is nothing I have ever experience.

I needed my Laser and IPL VTCT qualification as I am working for the same clinic and only needed to be trained on the machines at the time. But ofcourse decided to gain more knowlege. I had Cheryl for my Level 4 Laser tutor, she has extensive experience and knowledge in laser hair removal, delivering impeccable teaching with a professional yet approachable style. Not only is she highly skilled, she is such a lovely person who genuinely cares about her students’ success.

Honestly, after a previous disappointing experience with another training school in Wimbledon, finding Skin Philosopy was a blessing.

If you’re considering a beauty training school, I highly recommend them without hesitation. Their education and e-learning equips you with the confidence and skills needed to succeed in the beauty industry. The best decision I ever made!

I’ve recently done my level 2 and 3 in Durham with Emma and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The days a long and there is a lot to cram in, but in my options that’s a good thing as you are working directly on clients all day. I’ve learned so much and Emma is a great tutor. She has loads of knowledge but she’s really down to earth and approachable. The course itself is very in depth and I’ve feel much more confident now :)

I have recently completed my Level 2, 3 and 4 with Skin Philosophy. My practical training was based in Durham with Emma who was organised and enthusiastic through the long training days. Emma was happy to give feedback to ensure you were performing each step and treatment correctly. I hadn't touched a face prior to my Level 2 and left feeling really confident. Couldn't recommend Emma enough!

Recently completed my Level 4 microneedling qualification up in Durham with the brilliant Emma Shanks. She was incredibly knowledgable and after a weekend of training I felt prepared and confident for the exams. I couldn’t recommend skin philosophy more to get your qualifications.

Really enjoyed my practical training. Feel very confident to sit final exams and Rebecca at Clapham was great. She was constantly there for any questions we had, made the days really fun to have such a kind and thorough teacher.

I have just completed my Level 4 Laser Hair Removal and IPL Skin Rejuvenation training with Skin Philosophy in Clapham. It has been the best course i have done and I can't speak more highly of both Cheryl and Rebecca who have both been excellent tutors. I have come away feeling extremely secure in my skills as a Laser practictioner and am looking forward to implementing the skills in clinic. I can highly recommend this course.

I’ve had an amazing time at skin philosophy so far. I’ve been doing my practical training at the Clapham academy and my teachers Rebecca and Cheryl have been the best, they are very good at what they do, the theory and overall teaching is very thorough and when demonstrating the practicals you feel supported with constant reassurance helping you learn and grow from any mistakes along the way.

Rebecca is an incredible teacher and she explains everything so clearly, demonstrates techniques thoroughly, and ensures you fully understand each step. She’s also so friendly and approachable, making the learning process enjoyable and never intimidating. I feel confident in my skills thanks to her guidance. Highly recommend Skin Philosophy for anyone serious about skincare education!

I just completed my Level 4 Radio Frequency course at Clapham with Rebecca. She is an absolute pro and so knowledgeable. She sourced lots of models to practice on which is hugely apprciated as often training schools expect you to source your own. She took the time to talk me through everything in detail and work with me on the areas I felt less confident in. I came away feeling really ready for the exam (just wish it were sooner) and can't wait to perform the treatment in my clinic! They had a selection of RF machines which was great too.

Genna on the support team has also been amazing throughout. If ever I've been stuck on coursework the team have got back to me really quickly with useful advice.

I chose to return to Skin Philosophy after doing laser training with them years ago - def reccommend!

Skin Philosophy is an amazing school. Thank you again for an amazing experience. I just did my laser practicals with Amy she was amazing and I have learnt a lot from her and she helped me gain my confidence as a therapist. I feel confident to do laser treatments in the future.

Poor. Completed the Level 2 and 3 skin philosophy VTCT qualification and was surprised by how basic and unprofessional the online modules were.

The main presenter is frequently swigging back her water bottle on camera (complete with sound effects) loses the thread of what she is saying, and her unscripted chat is not professional or accurate. For the price of the training I would have expected a lot more expertise and professional rigour around the subject matter, which is often vague and rambley.

I also bought the book to supplement my learning (hoping it would be more coherent) but was disappointed to find grammatical mistakes and typos throughout. I have no idea how the book or the online modules have been professionally approved. Shame as she’s probably quite good, but the course content and style is lacking and poor quality.

I have trained with Skin Philosophy over the last couple of years from level 2 to level 5. I have acute dyslexia making this such a challenge, but I was blown away with the support I received plus the top notch training. A special mention to Rebecca who guided me through a lot of the training days and also to Anna Louise who runs an amazing school and never loses patience with her students. I couldn’t recommend this school enough.

I have just completed my practical training for the level 2 facial skincare course at the Clapham training centre and I would recommend it to anyone, no matter what your background or current experience may be. Rebecca was just fabulous, she really took the time with every student and made everyone feel super comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the practical days and left feeling confident in my abilities. 10/10!
