Great course. Easy app to use and love the portal to get the course work done in my own time.

Just passed my L2 Facials and L3 Facial Electrics and I am so pleased with my experience. The practical days were extremely helpful and left me feeling confident in my ability. I did my L2 practical with Rebecca who was fantastic and knowledgable and my L3 practical with Amy who was really lovely and explained things in a very thorough way that made everything click. I love that there is an option to add more practical days if you feel you need them! Looking forward to future courses with Skin Philosophy.

I started training earlier this year with Skin Philosophy and my experience with them has been incredible. I’ve been doing my practical days in the Clapham school and my teacher Rebecca Pearson has been such a brilliant source of knowledge and is an amazing teacher, I feel I’ve learnt so much from her and yesterday passed my Level 2 & 3 qualifications. I can’t wait to learn more with this school and with Rebecca, highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Skin Philosophy. I passed my level 2 last year & have just completely my level 3. Rebecca is such a great teacher, I have learnt so much from her. I have just been offered a job working in a spa doing facials and massage, this is all thanks to this qualification& Rebeccas support along the way. I’m looking forward to doing my level 4.

Having just completed the Skin Philosophy ‘Skin Specialist’ course, I can honestly say that Annalouise and her team have been amazing! They’re encouragement and support throughout this whole process has been invaluable and they have helped me make it to the end, even when at times I thought couldn’t. Highly recommend Skin Philosophy to anyone thinking of training in the skincare industry.

I just completed my level 4 laser hair removal course in London and I am very happy with all the support I received throughout my training.
The marking team, Clare in my case, was always very prompt answering my questions and she gave me very clear instructions when I needed to make some adjustments with my work.
She is great, a lovely person to reach out to when you are stuck.
I look forward to my level 5 experience.

I just completed my Level 2 facials and Level 3 facial electrics training at Skin Philosophy, and I couldn't be happier with the experience, all thanks to Rebecca! Learning something new always gets me tangled up in my own thoughts, but Rebecca was an absolute gem throughout. She was so gentle and patient, taking her sweet time to walk me through every single step, patiently explaining until I felt confident. I was honestly so nervous about the practical exams, but Rebecca was there, cheering me on. During my first training, she gave me the push I needed, reminding me that I had all the knowledge fresh in my head and encouraging me to go for it. And guess what? I aced both Level 2 and Level 3 in one shot!

Choosing Skin Philosophy for my training was the best decision ever. I'm already looking forward to Level 4 training with them!

I recently took my Level 2 at Skin Philosophy in Clapham, and I loved every second! The teachers were kind, knowledgeable and professional and I felt supported every step of the way. Enrolling in Skin philosophy Training 's online program has been a game-changer for me,. The flexibility of online training allows me to learn at my own pace. The practical day led by the fantastic teacher Rebecca was a hands-on experience that made everything click. Even though it's online, the support , particularly from Genna , making it feel like they're right next door. Grateful for the practicality and ongoing online support:)

I have just completed my level 2& now going onto level 3, I am very impressed with my experience with skin philosophy. I had Rebecca as my tutor for level 2 and she is an amazing teacher! All staff are very quick to reply if I have any queries. I’m really looking forward to going onto level 3! I would highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my learning experience with Skin Philosophy. Rebecca was my tutor in the practical days and my confidence really went up by the end of the 2 days. There was so much practical knowledge imparted and Rebecca is a very warm and personable tutor. I'm confidently practising my facials now and will return should I want to further my studies. I had such a wonderful experience doing my level 2 facials with Skin Philosophy Training. Rebecca was my teacher for the practical days and she was so warm and inviting and taught e everything so thoroughly! I enjoyed learning from her so much. Whenever I needed help with anything I got a quick response from someone from the SP team. I am looking forward to going back in a few months to do my L3 and L4. P.s I have now quit my 9-5 job and working full time on my skin business and it wouldn’t be possible without skin philosophy!

Am totally new to the industry and have loved the course level 2/3 facial electrics. Think there were some staff issues when came to marking my coursework but Rebecca went above and beyond to get it all sorted before my exam so didn’t make any difference to me. The practical was great and feel really confident to carry out the treatments. I trained in Clapham as there wasn’t enough people in Horsham where I originally wanted but worked out fine. I loved that I could do these courses around my responsibilities of work and family learning in my own time it was perfect! Staff were very helpful and friendly and any issues were quickly resolved!

I am really disappointed to be writing this review as I had high expectations and was really looking forward to training with Skin Philosophy. Sadly, there is a lack of communication between staff members and I felt I was pushed in different directions when I needed support, there was a lot of “email this person”, there’s so many different emails, telegram groups and little direction it becomes confusing and I ended up asking previous students for support. The course was sold to me as a 12 week course…I did my part by completing all assignments within 6 weeks and I constantly had to chase for marking, I’d be responded to weeks later saying they can’t open my assignment attached and then when responding the same day I’d not hear again for a week. In the end it took 6 months to pass. The online theory is extremely basic, you have to do a lot of online research to be able to answer the questions in assignments. Surely the course theory should cover all answers and we can expand our learning if we want to. I have to agree with the review below, the owner comes across very blunt/rude on message/email. I appreciate it’s stressful answering lots of student messages, but I believe you should take a bit more care with responses. However when I met her in person she wasn’t like this and you could clearly see she was passionate but very busy, it just isn’t professional. Practical training was poor. it was the most basic overview and then thrown in the deep end doing 6 back to back 1 hour long treatments with a 20min break…I felt like we were just doing freebies for her clients that wanted facials done, not training. It was bizarre. My practical training was in horsham, I did my exam in Clapham. During our theory exams there was staff members walking up and down the wooden stairs, constantly crashing about and just wasn’t the exam environment I’d expect. Overall, I wouldn’t train with them again and I also wouldn’t recommend if you want thorough training with support.

If you’re new in the industry, and are wanting to feel confident after L2 & L3 then think again about doing this course, if you’re just needing an accreditation/cert then go for it.

The online learning is of a very low standard and if you have an issue during your time with Skin Philosophy then good luck, the owner shouldn’t be teaching customer service as she has very little. They promised the world, but once they have your money that all changes.

Take a look at their old trust pilot account that is now called n/a as the reviews there ring more true than these. Surely it should be illegal to delete an account with honest reviews?

I would speak to VCTC/CIBTAC directly and go with their recommendations before you commit to joining Skin Philosophy.
