I ordered in begin of june a…

I ordered in begin of june a microneedling pen!! Still not got the order delivered! Its was at a Spanish post office somewhere in madrid and I live in Ibiza, but the company said that they sended it back to Skinpop! I emailed several times but only did got 1 mail back!! I asked for money back and till today no answer!! I payed 158,- and for me its hard money as I not can work with a incapacity!!!

ITS A SCAM COMPANY AND ITS REALLY DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! 🤮

We are a French website that exclusively sells silk exfoliating gloves on www.skinpop.fr.
We have never sold any micro-needling pens.
You most likely placed your order on another website and mistakenly left a review on ours.

Scam company took over 80 euro from me…

Scam company took over 80 euro from me and it’s been nearly 2 months and I still haven’t revived my product - now they won’t answer my emails.

Votre message est totalement infondé. Après vérification, aucune commande à votre nom n’a été passée sur notre site, et nous n’avons bloqué aucun client réel. Il s’agit donc manifestement d’un faux avis.

Depuis quelque temps, nous constatons une multiplication suspecte de commentaires mensongers, souvent anonymes et sans aucun historique d’achat. Cela nous amène à penser qu’il s’agit peut-être d’une campagne de dénigrement orchestrée par un concurrent malveillant.

Nous avons transmis l’ensemble de ces éléments à notre avocat afin de protéger l’intégrité de notre marque. SkinPop est une entreprise sérieuse et transparente, appréciée par des milliers de clientes. Nous sommes toujours disponibles pour traiter les demandes réelles, avec respect et professionnalisme.

En revanche, nous prendrons toutes les mesures nécessaires face à ce type de diffamation.

Horrible service! My order has never been delivered, it was reyurned to sender and Skinpop is still charging me for the not received goods.

Ive sent several emails with track and trace proof , but I'm being ignored.

Votre message est infondé : la commande #5020 n’existe pas et aucune trace de votre nom ou de votre adresse e-mail ne figure dans notre base clients. Il s’agit donc d’un faux avis, ce qui constitue une atteinte grave à notre réputation.

Depuis quelques jours, nous constatons une multiplication anormale d’avis mensongers, souvent sans preuve ni historique d’achat. Cela laisse penser à une campagne de dénigrement coordonnée, probablement orchestrée par un concurrent ou un tiers mal intentionné.

Nous prenons cette situation très au sérieux. Notre avocat a été saisi et l’ensemble des éléments (avis, adresses IP, incohérences) lui a été transmis en vue de démarches juridiques.

Notre service client reste bien entendu disponible pour les vrais clients rencontrant un souci légitime avec leur commande.
