Pradnya is a consummate professional. I was hesistant about doing anything to my face but having reached 37 and had a difficult few years I was starting to feel a bit worn and decided I needed a pick me up. The results are natural and have boosted my confidence. Pradnya made me feel at ease and when I compare her work to some of my friends who have gone elsewhere it is clear I made the right choice. Very impressed.

The entire process, from the first phone call when I spoke to Melissa and paid the £70. consulation fee, to when I had to cancel that and she offered to refund it. Instead I left it there till I could find a new date but it was nice to be offered without asking. Then my first visit for the consulation; the clinic was lovely fresh water on the table, comfortable seating, lots of interesting information, ambient and clean yet cosy. My consultation with Dr. Pradnya was different to previous experiences when I lived in London as she is approachable and discusses options while fully understanding the concerns, (in my case marionette lines and crepey skin around the eyes). You learn a lot from your consultation and I went away excited for my booking. When I returned to have my treatment administered, Dr. Pradnya 'checked in' with my during the process, that I was feeling ok (she is very gentle and swift) and was really clear with directions. I had MaiLi to my temples and Ellansé for marionette lines. One side had considerably deeper lines and more laxity. I am amazed and so uplifted by how more more symetrical my face is as the sides were treated relatively to requirment. It's now 3 weeks and 2 days and its settled beautifully. I have had some really nice comments but none of that suspicious scrutiny. Absolutely delighted. I went for a complimentary check up this week, no charge and it was a pleasure to visit again.

I drove my 75 year old wife 20 miles for her 2 o'clock appointment at the Skin Southwest clinic in Exeter. We arrived 5 minutes early and my wife rang the door bell as she needed urgently to use the toilet. She was refused entry and was told that staff were in a meeting and to come back at 2 o'clock. My wife pleaded but was refused entry. My wife returned to the car and I then telephoned the clinic to insist they let her in as she was desperate for the toilet. I was told staff were in a meeting.
Unfortunately my wife then wet herself and was extremely embarrassed and felt humiliated. I then drove her home.
There is a waiting room and toilets available so why wouldn't they let her in?
If you are looking for 5 star treatment you are looking in the wrong place.
When the current staff becomes elderly, having had children and a hysterectomy let's see how long they can hold their bladder. Also how would they feel if their grandmother was refused the toilet?

First time getting anti wrinkle injections (Botox) and I am so pleased with the results. Within 10 days of my first treatment you could see the results. Everyone is so welcoming and professional. The price of the treatment is great value for money. I did my research before picking Skin Southwest as there are many other competitors in Exeter, however DR Pradnya is very experienced and knowledgeable. You definitely feel in safe hands. The procedure itself is painless and it's great you have a follow up a few weeks after to make sure you're happy. Would definitely recommend! I look forward to coming back in a few months. Following my negative review in August 2023 I have at last met with Dr Pradnya and her assistant and we have reached an amicable solution to my concerns. I can therefore award four stars for their professional handling of my complaint. It is such a shame that it appears that Dr Pradnya was advised not to reply to me at the time. A personal approach could have helped a lot.

I visited the clinc looking to reduce my frowning and 'RBF'. Dr Pradnya was very helpful, kind and honest. She recommended Botox and fully explained what she would do, how long it would last and what I could expect from the treatment. I am not a big fan of needles, but she put me at ease and the treatment was no problem at all. Would highly recommend. I am having a second treatment at the end of this month.
