Amazing communication, service and fast delivery!

Ordered a Dermaquest mini set on a Saturday and unfortunately got a call from Skinspirit on the Sunday to apologise as it was out of stock (I didn’t notice this until the week after lol) so I emailed them for an update. The communication was really really good - I couldn’t fault them at all. Laura at Skinspirit told me that if I was to order again my delivery would be prioritised. I ordered on Thursday afternoon and it arrived Friday afternoon - excellent service. Really really recommend them! Will definitely order again.

So disappointed

So disappointed. I’ve complained on the website and on various emails but received no response to any of them. Went into shop and told I should order online. Lady in shop adamant they could ship to my chosen destination. Order done online and money taken. Then a few days later it was refunded and i was informed by email they can’t ship there. I have sent emails but nothing. No telephone number given. Cannot engage with them despite trying for 2 weeks now. Order was a birthday present so my best friend received nothing. Poor customer service all round. I’m a 1st time customer. I was so excited about my friend trying the products for the 1st time too.

Disappointing

Received an email saying £50 worth of young blood with your purchase so order some skin items, but when I received it with the young blood worth £50 it’s totally inappropriate for my skin having sent me a mink foundation & a hazelnut powder! Either colours they can’t sell or just sending random stuff not appropriate to the buyer.
Very disappointed & the stuff will be going in the bin as I can’t use it so a pointless, useless promotion!

Out of date suncream

Good price and fast delivery however one suncream I received was out of date so can not be used and another had 4 months date remaining. After a slight communication error the issue has now been resolved promptly and hassle free.
