Some of the listed items are not purchasable in chinese market. When i press buy the item it says error and that happened for 5 other items in a row untill 1 item finally goes trough but delivery and refunds come quick

I used SkinSwap's Chinese market for a trade, and the seller reversed the item after sending it. Per their own refund policy, I was entitled to a full refund including the service fee.

It has now been over a month with no refund issued, and repeated attempts to contact support have been ignored. This is a clear violation of their own terms.

If you use SkinSwap, be aware: they may take your money and refuse to refund you, even when their policy says they should. I cannot recommend this platform to anyone looking for a safe or reliable trading experience.

My favorite site when it comes to buying skins. The prices are a little iffy but I focus only on the Chinese market feature. I’ve found a lot of great deals when using the site to buy skins through Youpin.

Everything worked fine, but I don’t like the fact that you have to First give your Items „for free“ and then you receive the items. At least it should be one items and biggest single item to have a 100% secure feeling for both Site and Trader.

I was kinda suspicious at first because I just started looking for csskins, so I'm still a beginner, but managed to get my first skin on skinswap and the entire process was actually pretty simple. Also they accept PIX as method of payment, which is nice.

Terrible website and support. If you deposit your money here, you can't buy a skin and you won't get your money back. I tried buying a character skin on the Chinese Market, but every time I tried to buy it, it was removed from the marketplace and couldn't be purchased. Support told me to keep trying and wait, but I ended up buying a weapon skin instead, four hours later. Today, I tried to exchange my skins, and every time I buy any item, I get an error: they took my skins and money, but I couldn't buy a skin. Support is terrible, completely unhelpful, telling me to keep trying and buying different items, but even if I buy other items, nothing works, and I don't get a refund.

I purchased an item using their Chinese Market option (which YouPin has since said they have no collaboration with SkinSwap until after I purchased an item through there).

The item I purchased was reversed traded from me 3 days later.

As soon as it happened I contacted support about the issue and they said they had to confirm some things and they'll get back to me in a few days.

Days went by, no response. Goal posts were moved, suddenly I had to wait 2 weeks for them to review the order.

Then suddenly goal posts more moved again and it became another week.

I eventually had to wait almost 3 months for a refund regarding the reversal.

I was apparently very unlucky as my reversal was the only one under review for so long.

It was an annoying experience, however, it eventually got resolved and I received compensation after I managed to get in contact with a member of management.

I can't give 5 stars, but seeing as this eventually got resolved, I've bumped it to 4.

Seamless experience all the way from depositing to purchasing. Very impressed!

Chinese market was scary... bad reviews stood out, but the trade worked out got a butterfly minimal wear urban mask in deec float for less than buff/csfloat price.

They most likely manipulated trust pilot scores. Do not buy anything from this website and do not deposit money into their system. They claim that they let you buy from Chinese markets.....system doesnt work, it will not let you buy anything with the deposited money. They do not refund your money either. This is the type of scam they run.

I had a very concerning experience with this platform and feel it’s important to share for anyone considering using it. I purchased skins through their marketplace, and due to an unrelated Steam trade issue, I had to reverse a transaction. As a result, all of the skins I bought were returned to the original owners, but the payment I made was not refunded.

Here’s what happened:

No items — the skins went back to the previous owners.

No refund — the funds I paid were retained by the platform.

Limited support — responses were automated and unhelpful.

From a user perspective, this situation is troubling. There doesn’t appear to be a clear or fair process for resolving issues caused by technical problems outside the customer’s control.

Advice for future users:
Carefully read the policies and understand the risks before making any transactions. Make sure you are prepared for potential technical complications, as resolution may not be straightforward.

I won a knife giveaway and then immediately got banned with the reason of "botting". No attempt to reach out via email for verification or clarification was made from their support.

I noticed I am no longer able to sign in. When I checked Discord, I saw I had just won a knife. The answer from their so-called support was: "You are banned for botting, and the giveaway was re-rolled. The decision is definitive". They also mentioned they weren't able to verify my profile, which was funny, because I was awarded a much a lower value skin a couple of months before, which I still have in my inventory.

Of course, they didn't bother to provide any proof or evidence on how I was botting because I simply wasn't. I was just using their website in a normal way.

Now I am so extremely happy I didn't trust my money with this site. I was this close to use their feature to buy from the Chinese markets.

As a consequence of me writing the above review, the admin team has looked at my case once more and this time it was determined that, indeed, I had been banned incorrectly.

Therefore, the ban was lifted. However, they could not reverse the giveaway. Instead, I was offered a small compensation.

As a result, I am adding two stars to the original one-star rating. I can't add more because my initial repeated requests for support were not taken seriously and I still have many doubts about the "automated and manual verification" system.

My biggest concern is that nobody reached out to me for verification, and I didn't get any notification via email before I was actually issued the ban.

Chinese market option has been great so far, now I'm selling a knife to see how good it goes

The site is a little confusing but i managed. Got my item delivered in 1hr 10mins.

the site is absolute garbage. not only is it unsafe the skins also cost 30-40% more than if you just got it on marketplace. NOT TO MENTION the rare stuff costing 2x or 3x the steam value and the transaction fees... the site is a scam and anybody wanting skins should stay away and try some other place. And when you do manage to get a trade going the trade fails on their side and you lose the money. Afterwards you contact support to be met with the HI we are reviewing your case. We will respond in 48-72hours.

So, I saw a knife that I wanted, and I deposit the money for it, waiting to buy the knife.I see on my bank account that they took the money, but on the site there was no funds and I saw that they said ,, need approval,, status. I said ok, and contacted the support to speed up the process. They say that an admin will look at it shortly and it will be a priority. After 10 hours, they contact me that I need to do a kyc with a lot of documents and videos to prove who I am. First of all I will not upload my documents on this easy to break site, second of all you should implement on your site if you want people to do KYC before depositing, dont take the money and answer after 10 hours that you want an KYC.
