Daleen was extremely kind and helpful towards my disabled daughter. She gave us the time we needed and explained the procedure very clearly.

Since opening I have been going to this clinic for years I like the new location in leamington easy to get too easy parking and the treatments are on time if any delays they will always look after you offering refreshments at all times lovely staff and very welcoming the treatments are always carried out with care and that’s why I have always had treatments at this clinic I look forward to my laser treatment and my facials they do make you feel pampered and they have always taken care of me and my mum never disappointed always walk away with a smile thank you for being a caring team..from sunita

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a hydrofacial at Skinthetics, and I must say it was an incredibly rejuvenating experience.

Had my first laser hair removal appointment with Daleen-Kelly. Can already see results so really looking forward to completing the remaining 5 appointments.

I made an appointment for an aqua facial via the online booking system, but there clearly was confusion about this. I confirmed via WhatsApp and phone message that I wanted to get an aqua facial, but, when I arrived, I was scheduled for a consultation only. I'd planned my whole day around the appointment and was looking forward to the facial, so I was very disappointed instead to only get diagnostic photos that I didn't want, with the information that I'd need to either wait a long while or come back another time to get a facial. The whole process was very frustrating and I felt that my time was wasted because of this avoidable miscommunication. No one was apologetic about this mistake, which was also disappointing.

And compare with other clinics but a sensible and affordable plan was suggested should I wish to go ahead with it. I actually think I will .

Staff has positive attitude especially Dr.Kainat. Hydra facial and carbon peel therapy was calming and relaxing. Highly recommended. Dr.Kainat makes you feel like home and she is cooperative.

I was treated well, the treatment given was over and above what I expected for the price, and I was pleased with the service.

When I came for treatment first time in July to get my mole removed, I was not advised that I may need several treatments for the mole to fully go and the lady told me that if it didn’t go you can come back for another session free of charge.

After 3 months, the mole didn’t go so I called the clinic to let them know as I was not happy. Spoke to the young lady in the reception and she spoke to the lady who does mole removal to book me in another session free of charge. I did confirm with her that it would be free of charge and if it will not be then I will not come at all since I didn’t get the result that I wanted. So she booked me in for free of charge.

On the day of the second appointment, I arrived and before she started the treatment, I asked the lady who does mole removal that this session would be free of charge and she said that because we are putting same amount of time and energy then it will not be free of charge. She even went to check the notes on their system and apparently couldn’t find anything and said that she will have a word with everyone to confirm that these stuff would not be free of charge for anyone. She said that she will give me a discount £30 instead of £45. So I agreed since I travelled on my day off for 20miles to get this treatment done.

Overall, I am not happy for one I was promised a free treatment for the mole removal on the phone but when I got there I had to pay! And two, the practitioner was not honest about I may need a few treatments to get the mole removed.

I have been to the clinic for other treatments which I was happy about but for my previous experience, I will not come back.

Sabi is very experienced and professional the staff are friendly and helpful I felt very well looked after. The clinic is very clean and fresh . Convenient location with easy access to the street. Highly recommended .
