I love the staff at skin vitality in Burlington. I usually have micro needling and Botox done here. Very friendly environment and they know what they are doing. Will never push u to do stuff you don’t want or need

I did my consultation at Skin Vitality Stoney Creek and got booked in for my facial at Burlington. Walked in skeptical like I always am - as a person of color I’ve had too many bad facial experiences where staff didn’t know how to treat melanin-rich skin.

Both locations were amazing. The staff was knowledgeable, used great equipment, and actually explained how to avoid irritation and hyperpigmentation for my skin type instead of giving generic advice. Felt heard and safe the whole time.

It’s been over a week and my skin is still glowing. This is by far the best facial I’ve had. Finally found a place I trust for my skin. Can’t wait to go back.

If you’re hesitant about facials as a person of color - these teams get it.

The nurses and staff are always very professional. I use Botox for pain management as I have severe TMJ problems. They do their best consistently to help me manage my pain. They go the extra mile to find me a good price that fits my budget. Incredibly thankful for them.

The gentleman at the front desk, Lucas, is who greets you when you walk in. He is beyond friendly and made me super comfortable upon arrival. It was my first Botox treatment - I received a free 10 units and decided to come in today. The initial took a while as a I had forms to fill out and to meet with Honey and other specialists at the clinic. It was lengthy but very well done to make sure I got exactly what I needed and that I was medically okay to receive Botox. I was extremely nervous and almost passed out after the first few injections - my injector right away got me ice, juice and a granola bar. She comforted me and I was able to finish treatment quickly. They ensured that I was feeling okay after treatment and before treatment started they ensured I knew all the risk, after care, etc. I would highly recommend skin vitality for Botox or other medical treatment.

I had come in with my family to all get treated for botox, there was a miscommunication when booking through the phone but thankfully the Burlington location was so gratuitous and was able to fit all of us in! Everything went well, specially since we took my mom for her birthday. Would certainly recommend! The staff is friendly and very accommodating, our nurse Navjot was a dream! She went through everything and followed up via email, which enhanced the experience.

The first person to welcome you at SV is Lucas, who is very welcoming and friendly! I just finished my Morpheus 8 treatments for several areas of old white stretch marks and my results are very positive! Victoria is wonderful, friendly and professional! See you again soon!!

Great experience again at SV Burlington! So helpful and knowledgeable in various treatments with no pressure to purchase. My 2nd time seeing Nav who was excellent! She is helpful, explains everything as she is going and gentle. Would definitely go back!

SOO KIND!! Im terrible with names but the woman who took payment and the woman who did my lip injections were both super sweet and had tons of information to answer all my questions very thoroughly. The guy at the front desk was super kind we had great conversations throughout my waiting period:))

The consult was great and I didn't feel pushed into buying additional products or services. The injector Sharda was very knowledgeable and did such a great job. I love this place.
