Hands down one of the best experiences…
Hands down one of the best experiences I have had!
I arrived about ten minutes prior to my appt, tons of parking and very close to the office (which was great as it was raining) and entered an extremely clean and well lit, comfy waiting area. I went in For a consult to see what would be the best options for me to give the results that I wanted. My consultant took the time to explain everything to me, explained the costs, pros and cons of each, and stayed within my budget!she was very friendly and personable and answered all of my questions.
I was booked in quickly for my consult (next day) and quickly for my procedure. The receptionist was quick to warmly greet me and I didn’t have to wait for my consult.
I am scheduled for my procedure next week so will update this review after that.
So far, so good and I would highly recommend Skin Vitality!

Tori was amazing, as were all the staff that helped me today. Everything was explained fully, and I was not rushed or pushed to make any decisions until I was 100% comfortable. I highly recommend Skin Vitality London!

PRP treatment was great
PRP treatment was great,
however the medical consultant who was at 7:00pm today are very rude, even I heard she talked about other client badly to receptionist when I am waiting at the reception. Her voice had a very aggressive tone, so which gave me a very negative impression of the company.

I finished my series of three PRP face and neck treatments 7 months ago and today was my first maintenance treatment. In the past I have given 5 star reviews, this time is a 4 only because I had a different nurse than expected. I always request Tori, and was surprised when introduced to Selena. She was excellent though!
Personable, gentle (I should have requested the numbing cream be left on for 5 minutes more, but that's on me!) and experienced. There must have been miscommunication when scheduling the appointment, and I felt awkward when I saw Tori.
The take away is to confirm who will be your treatment nurse during the reminder call if that's important to you.

No Bruising
My nurse injector Tori is extremely professional and I will always go to her as she never leaves me with bruising after a visit. I have had bruising in the past with others, but she is a professional and always gives me great recommendations.

Kind, knowledgable and honest
I had a really great time today, the consultant and staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. I felt assured and guided during each step of the process. I also really appreciated that they started slow for my first time and didn't try to upsell on unnecessary procedures or units. Can't go wrong for the price.
