I was very happy with my consultation and services today. From front desk to consultant to treatment it was all very professional and the place was very clean. Looking forward to seeing my results.

It was absolutely painless, the nurse listened to what i needed and customized accordingly.

I originally chose Skin Vitality after seeing a Botox promotion, and my first visit went smoothly. The front desk team and injectors were pleasant, and I had no issues. Unfortunately, returning for lip filler was a huge mistake, and the way this company handles complications is genuinely unacceptable.

Right after my filler appointment, I noticed a visible bump that shouldn’t have been there. I waited a couple of days in case it was swelling, but when it didn’t improve, I called the clinic. That phone call was one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had. I was told—rudely—that if something was wrong, I would have to pay to fix it. When I mentioned that I had been told they offer free touch-ups, the staff member actually scoffed and said, “We don’t do free touch-ups and never have. That’s a waste of product and a waste of our money.” That was the moment I realized this company prioritizes profit over patient care.

I still went to my follow-up, where the injector was kind and told me to email patient care. I did....twice. My first email was ignored for seven days, but the second magically got a response within an hour. Their reply? They would “waive the $200 fee as a one-time courtesy” for dissolver. A courtesy, for fixing their own work?!?!?!

The appointment itself was another headache. I had to speak to a nurse practitioner over an iPad with terrible reception, answering the same questions I had already completed in paperwork. It felt like a pointless, time-wasting formality. After the dissolver, the bump went down slightly but was still clearly visible. When I replied to their follow-up email and explained that the bump was still there, just smaller, the injector told me I would need to pay $200 for additional dissolver. Again, they expected me to pay to fix an issue caused by their own injector.

I’ve had filler before and never experienced anything like this. The lack of accountability, the dismissive communication, and the constant attempts to charge me for correcting their own mistake are beyond disappointing. This clinic does not care about its patients, they only care about maximizing revenue, even when it comes at the expense of someone’s face.

I will never return to Skin Vitality. I’ll be going back to my previous clinic, even though it’s a longer drive, because at least they stand behind their work and treat their patients with respect. Skin Vitality needs to do better.

Today I received a PRF Microneedling treatment from Zoey at Skin Vitality in Whitby and loved the experience from beginning to end.

First I was brought into a private room to binge Netflix in solitude (something that rarely happens as a mama) while my numbing cream set. Next was brought into the treatment room by the lovely Nurse Zoey who was so sweet and knowledgeable. During the treatment I felt like I was hanging with one of my girlfriends while getting pampered.

Highly recommend this clinic and I can’t wait for the results.

Jocelyn and her team of nurses are amazing! they always make me feel extremely comfortable and valued as a patient. she takes her time to understand my areas of concern but NEVER pushes for unnecessary treatments. she deeply cares about her clients.

Had my first treatment and they were great. Squeezed me in for my appointment right after my consultation, made sure I was equipped with all the information I needed and were super friendly and knowledgeable.

Just had my first ever cosmetic procedure done. Got a lip flip I had Zoe she was absolutely amazing answered all my questions and was so speedy with almost no discomfort whatsoever. All the staff were so sweet, welcoming and extremely accommodating. 10/10 experience definitely will be back!!!

Zoe at Skin Vitality is incredible. Professional, precise, and truly listens to what you want. My Botox looks natural, and refreshed. She’s also great at following up - which makes the experience even better.

I went in today to get tear through filler, I was so nervous but my NP made sure I felt extremely comfortable and was able to answer every question I had. The experience was actually really pleasant, felt a small pinch a couple of times and that was it. I would absolutely recommend going here, they are very professional and clean.

My injector and NP are truly the best and so knowledgeable. They always take the time to explain everything in a way that never makes me feel dumb or rushed, and they are more than happy to clarify any questions I have. They give me exactly what I want while also setting clear, realistic expectations and letting me know when I don’t need something, always keeping my best interest in mind. I trust them so much and am always beyond happy with my results.
