If something wrong, your problem won’t get fixed
I wrote to customer service below with no reply for 5 days! It’s unacceptable!

I had a very unhappy purchase this time. Pictures attached.
1. I can understand some of the clothes could be tried out by other customers, but I think at least they should be folded properly when shipping to me. it's a mess, and clothes look like just being thrown into the box. When I take the picture, I have already smooth out of the rollings. It was worse.
2. It might be understandable to have one of the boxes being tried out, BUT I don't expect to receive them all in this situation!
3. one of the top is even in a wrong size! I purchased in 164/172, but the one in the box is 112/128!
I'm very unhappy, but at least please arrange a exchange for the wrong size.
