No Customer service whatsoever!
We ordered a skipping rope from Skip Hop on the 8th January 2024. We had a order confirmation, but then nothing. We have emailed several times and tried to call, but with no answer. This was a birthday present, we had to order elsewhere from a much larger well known, next day delivery company. A great shame as we wanted to support a small business. We won't be ordering from Skip Hop again, they can skip and jog on.
