Unprofessional Company

Skip was supposed to be collected on Monday 30/3/26 - when I rang and ask why it had not been picked up they had forgot to book it in to be collected. They said it would be picked up within 2 days. 4 days later still no skip removal and I urgently needed it moved for guests coming to my home the following day. They said we will try today Thursday if not today tomorrow which is no good to me. They were not bothered at all. Really bad customer service
