Happy using SkipTax from different retailers and no problems at all from the scanning of different format receipts.

Simple, quick and easy. Refund arrived within 24 hrs!

The only downside is that you only get about 80% of the tax refunded, as SkipTax keep the rest. Other apps, such as Global Blue, seem to offer 90% from the start.

Really easy from start to finish. Used the App with no issues and got refund into my Paypal really quickly. Tax refund screens at airport were well signposted and easy to use with SkipTax App. Really impressive service.

The form online is all fine but once yiu get to the paris main airport differnt story. At the airport there us nothing to say you need to scann your form before security and there is hardly any kioks in the huge airport as they are hidden or not working. ITS LIKE THEY MAKE OT HARD FOR YOU TO CLAIM YOUR TAX SO THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY YOU. DO BETTER AND ADD MORE INFORMATION AND KIOKS IN THE AIRPORT

We bought wine from Calais Wine Superstore where the staff are so friendly and helpful. I think this is about the 3rd time we have claimed on SkipTax and this was by far the easiest and quickest to get a refund.

Great service, very quick and straightforward. Get the App and complete all sections in advance scan receipts and load into Invoice page, when complete generate bar code and scan this at port/airport machine. Refund within 12 hrs

Skip tax - excellent service scanned in all receipts Thursday before we left got to customs at le shuttle Friday lunchtime all verified money in bank this morning.

Really simple to use and I managed to recoup £73 in tax. Clear instructions and all refunded within 24 hours

Although it was complicated to work out what to do (we are not young or techy minded) in the end we managed to get one out of two receipts repaid successfully. Even the tax man at Calais couldn’t work out why, though SkipTax said there were two receipts, we could access only one of them.

Didn't know this was a thing until a friend told me a few days before our trip to Paris. Super easy to do and really straight forward. I'll be passing this over to friends.

Impressive turnaround of refund ,less than 8 hours overnight and refunded on my cc.
Helped to have retailer explain process ( possibly my age !)but after that very straight forward .

Absolutely love this scheme BUT - the machines at the TIR/ATA Carnet Office in Calais port that scan the barcode Skiptax sends you never seem to work. Everybody should urge Skiptax remove this problem.

Once fixed it will also the reward the professionalism of the staff at the office who worked hard to help me yesterday. So please thank them …
