I am very impressed with the service…
I am very impressed with the service and skirting boards supplied by SkirtingKing.
I ordered the boards on Saturday and they were delivered on Wednesday.
They were well packaged, a couple of little chips that shouldn’t affect the finished job as I had over ordered a bit.
If you are shopping for skirting boards I recommend SkirtingKing

Excellent Service, would not hesitate to recommend. John was great to deal with on an order for our customised skirting. The attention to detail and customer service was great. The final product fits perfectly allowing us to replace some high Victorian skirtings that were mismatched over the years throughout the house we have just moved into.

There was an initial problem with the architraves size and they did re-sent, free of charges, the right product.
This was our first time we used this company, and thanks to their brilliant customer services, and quality of product, we will be using them again. Sometimes going the little extra mile make a huge difference. Thanks to John and co.

Skirting order and resolutions…
Have placed orders for skirting boards which arrived damaged by the couriers used to deliver. Sadly, my email wasn’t picked up by SK, as such my installation was short and so had to reorder boards. Having called to advise them that the couriers arrived and the delivery went better than the first time, I explained the issues to the manager who was efficient, apologised that items were damaged the first time and that the email went unanswered. He refunded the first order and assured me of the company’s best intention. Really lovely to deal with and great problem solving, which was appreciated. Would definitely go back again. Throughly recommend them. Great British find!
