Very efficient service, lovely staff

Also had a good chat about BC and other cool places to snowboard such as the powder highway. Top service from people who clearly spend a lot of time on the mountain too.

Very friendly and helpful staff, efficient process to collect skis and they were the best skis I have ever had. I would thoroughly recommend Ski Service Verbier.

The skis I reserved were not available when I arrived in resort. This was despite my checking in advance with store staff leading up to my holiday, and being assured they had them ready and reserved for my collection.

When I got there, I was offered some alternative skis. This didn't feel great as I had paid in advance, and had checked before I arrived in resort. Other matters were dealt with very well instore, they looked after me really well.

Very highly recommended for quality of instore service, but you cannot trust that the skis you pay for in advance will be available, even if you doublecheck with the store before you arrive.

Very friendly staff. Helpful in all situations, also when I had an issue on my (non-rented) ski boot.
Skis and boots can be left in the shop over night. Only 5 min walk to the cable car station.

Quick and fast, at least on thursdays, people are very friendly and willing to help

Used a set of skis for the first day, then asked could I try a different set. Was great to allow me to chose by preferred ski's.

Excellent service from the Les Ruinettes Verbier shop. Booked online and everything ready when we arrived plus ski pass was delivered to us . Staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble.

After the first day the Ski-Boots were too tight. We went to the shop and got some other boots. It didn't even took 5 minutes. Fantastic! Thank you.

The Elan skis I hired were excellent, nicely waxed and sharp edges. I had problem getting boots that were comfortable though. After trying 2 types I ended up buying a pair in Verbier. I returned the hire boots on the Wednesday, thinking I would get a small refund for the rest of the week. This was not offered however which I thought was poor.

Super friendly super helpful service. Latest skis. Everything ready when we arrived. Great to be able to leave all our kit in the Ruinettes store on the mountain. Definitely use them again if we are in Verbier.

Very responsive to messages and accommodated all our needs. The price is the best in Verbier for rentals. In addition there are two locations near the gondola in the centre of Verbier and at Les Ruinettes.

Have rented skis from Ski Service Verbier twice and I would highly recommend them for snowboard or ski rental. The people working there were the same even when visiting with a 3 year gap and were highly knowledgeable and personable during the fitting process. I showed up right before closing time and they were kind enough to stay a little late so that I could have my skis that night.

To be honest, I did not price compare, but I found their prices to be reasonable and expected for a 3-4 day rental.

My girlfriend's skis did not fit her so we had to change skis and it was no problem at all. Very good service and treatment

Ski Service gave a mixed service this year, the sixth year I have used them. This year, for the first time, I availed myself of the storage service, so each evening I left the skis with them over night. Really convenient.

As for the kit, I was given a pair of new Kastle touring skis which were great, even in poor powder. The issue I have is with the poles. They couldn't give me poles with large baskets! What is the point of hiring out tourers without large baskets?! How hard can it be to stock a suitable number of poles for touring skis??
