If you are considering doing business with SkiUphill, I highly recommend it!
I was looking for a good deal on some touring boots, and after coming across one on their website, I sent them an email asking for some clarification about their return policy. (Buying any footwear online, especially ski boots, is always scary as fit is so vital). I received a quick and professional response, including some fitting advice, which gave me the confidence to proceed with the order.
When I received the boots, they even included a little hand-written note wishing me awesome adventures. I am pleased that the boots fit very close to what I was expecting, and am excited to get out on them.
To be completely honest, I have been blown away by their attention to making sure I had a good experience.

Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It is immediately apparent that these folks are passionate about what they do and care about the products and services they provide. They will occasionally brew you up some bomber coffee while you shop :)

These guys are unbelievable.
Consistently amazing service, super accomodating, and big on customer engagement.
The website/online store has some limitations but they are quick to respond to queries and very helpful.
If you can imagine something they might have but can’t find it online, ask them.
Quickly becoming my favourite shop in Canmore, maybe all of Alberta.

Excellent customer service!
I ordered inov-8 shoes online through Ski Uphill after a recommendation by a friend. Since there is no where local to try inov-8 brand on for me, I had to trust the sizing would work out. In fact, the shoes were a little tight in the toebox and would likely have no taken long to blow out. I called the store and they said I could return them for refund; even despite the shoe being discontinued by inov-8. Excellent customer service!
