I had an excellent experience with this ski shop. The delivery was impressively fast, the products are high quality, and the prices are very competitive. I purchased a pair of skis and everything arrived exactly as described. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and reliable gear.

Do not buy from the UK unless you are 100% certain you won’t want to return your item. I returned an item that didn’t fit me. What Ski Web Shop describes as Island Charges - mostly the 20% UK VAT (collected by DPD) are not part of the refund so you lose that element of the transaction. It seems obvious in retrospect but it is not made clear in their refunds policy.

I purchased the jacket at the lowest available price. Afterwards, I had some doubts which were promptly clarified, and the item was delivered quickly.

A week after the order was placed and I have not received any updates. Website says estimated delivery date passed but no sign of package or update on where it might be. Costumer service hasn't answered any emails either.

Ordered a ski jacked. Parcel is late for a month and still didn’t got it. Customer service is ignoring and ignores all requests about a parcel. GLS shipping provider said that parcel was not even handed to them, even skiwebshop put blame on them. Anyways is not customers’ fault . Even prices are good, trust me, it is not worth to deal with this company, probably you will lose your money
