I ordered a pack of chairs and waited OVER TWO MONTHS for delivery. When the order finally arrived, one of the chairs was broken and completely unusable.
I reported the issue immediately (incident number 8314749). That was now over 3 weeks ago, and I still have no replacement, no resolution, and no clear timeline. Every single week, customer service gives me the exact same scripted response: “Your chair will be shipped this week.” And every single week, nothing happens. And now they just asked me again for the same photos I had sent 3 weeks ago...
The customer service is absolutely terrible, robotic, useless, and clearly trained to delay rather than solve problems. No accountability, no follow-through, no care for customers once they’ve taken your money.
It’s now been nearly a month since I reported the damaged chair, and I am STILL waiting.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

The wait for goods was frustrating…. Although I was told they were being shipped I wasn’t informed of when to expect actual delivery…. They were left on my doorstep ! One of the shelves arrived without the hardware and I haven’t been able to get in touch to say so

Good products, but TERRIBLE delivery service. With small packages it's fine, but ordering furniture becomes a guessing game in terms of delivery date and delivery provider, which is very frustrating. I tried contacting them and the carriers multiple times and I got no warning for the delivery date.

Very bad communication and even worse delivery updates. I ordered 6 chairs on May 1st. Delivery was initially scheduled between May 12th and 14th, but there were no updates whatsoever. After contacting customer service myself, they informed me there is a backorder issue because something went wrong internally. New delivery is now expected somewhere at the end of May, but even that is still uncertain. Very disappointing experience so far.

The products look great and arrived within the estimated time. However, the delivery had been pretty awful. The driver just dropped off the extremely heavy package in front of the building floor, while my apartment is one the highest floor on the very far end of the building. It was extremely careless of this person to not even help me carry the box into the elevator, but rather forcing me to go downstairs only to sign and be left without any help to get the order to my actual apartment.

I am very disappointed with SKLUM’s delivery service. It has now been over three weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received it.
What’s most frustrating is the lack of communication. I haven’t received any clear updates about my shipment, and attempts to get information have not been helpful. The estimated delivery time shown on the website has already passed, yet there is no explanation for the delay.
For a company of this size, I expected better transparency and customer support. Until delivery updates and communication improve, I would be hesitant to order again.

Ordered two items, don’t like them, which is fine.
But sent them back immediately and now have been waiting several weeks for the refund. I get strange messages saying it is being processed, but no money back.

I’ve never had such a bad experience, and it is a shame, because the products are truly beautiful on the website.
My order delivery is months delayed, before dispatch they didn’t even send an email warning us and after this all, my 2 tables were delivered without the bottom part of it - meaning, only the top glasses were delivered.
It’s impossible to contact the customer service and the status of the product is “delivered”.
Absurd!

Oof this is really bad.
Ordered a barbecue with storage unit, cover and side tables in the first week of March. No update on the order for over 2 months. Kind of strange. When I finally called customer service asking for an update, was told that it was ready and would be sent soon.
One week later, May 11th, notified by email that the barbecue is no longer available. More than 2 months after our order was made. Follow-up call with customer service was the worst part :) they offered to continue sending the side tables and cover for the barbecue that was cancelled.
Upon receiving the updated offer via email we found our original discount was erased and a new 50 EUR charge for shipping was added, meaning we would now have to pay more for the items we already ordered in March.
We have essentially loaned this company 1500+ EUR for 2+ months, interest free, and haven't even received an apology for this disaster of an order or received any form of compensation for the inconvenience.
I have no idea how businesses like this can continue operating in Europe with such a poor TP score and such common compaints from other customers.

Extremely disappointing experience with Sklum.
I placed an order on March 22, 2026, specifically choosing products advertised with a 7–10 day delivery timeframe. The order was worth more than €1,000.
On April 1, I received an email saying the order was being prepared.
On April 3, Geodis informed me that the shipment had been taken over for delivery.
After that: nothing.
I contacted customer support several times:
- April 15
- April 21
- April 24
- May 6
Most of the time, I either received no answer or very generic replies with no concrete information.
On May 4, more than six weeks after ordering, I was finally told that the carrier had returned the order to Sklum’s warehouse. I was then asked whether I wanted:
- a reshipment,
- a refund minus return fees,
- or store credit.
I immediately requested a reshipment.
No response since then.
I also tried reaching support by phone and via online chat during the published opening hours, but the systems kept telling me support was unavailable.
At this stage:
- I still do not know where my order is,
- customer support is effectively unreachable,
- and the overall experience has been disastrous.
Delays can happen in logistics. What is not acceptable is the complete lack of communication and ownership toward the customer.

Do not buy from this company!
I have now been fighting to get my full refund for weeks. They never even tried to deliver despite me sending them maps and dropped pins of where my house was (it is a new build)
Both Apple and google maps show a pin in the location of my house too.
But because there is a photo of a water treatment centre on google maps they say my address is incorrect. It is NOT incorrect and the water treatment centre is next door to my house!
They have kept some of my money which is stealing as I stayed in for a whole week waiting for a delivery that they never attempted to make.
