Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience, bought slippers in my usual size but they were far to big, so I returned them and bought a smaller size, but I had the same issue, the design was the problem not the size. The heel just slipped off constantly as I walked and burned my heel.

When I returned both they tried to charge me nearly 400 nok just for the return which is absolutely insane. Customer service managed to cut this in half but responding quite rudely and condescending. Like they were doing me a favour by not extorting me.

Awful experience and I would advise anyone thinking of shopping here to find your shoes somewhere else. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Very fast delivery

Let me give them their first review.
I ordered a pair of Riekers on a Wednesday at midnight. On Thursday the parcel arrived. Now that is very fast delivery. I was in shock.
