I bought a scooter in august arrived on time and was fab .. unfortunately my boy didnt look after it very well and damaged it when i got back on to scoot they sent out a ups label and sent it back to manufacture it was due back last week but ups have now misplaced it . When i rang scoot Gary was very helpful and is contacting them to arrange a replacement .All round good helpful service.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
The scooter wasn’t fit for purpose as after 2 months it was losing power when the battery was still half full.
When I contacted Skoot I received nothing but moody, unhelpful responses from an unnamed agent. Don’t waste, your money, get a bike.

Turkey teeth Garry is nothing but a scam artist. Dont let him get a hold of your phone number or you'll get calls throughout the night with vile threats that your mother will be left with a colostomy bag like really!? When he allowed reviews on his google page I could see that was his treatment towards others also, clearly an unwell man. I was also told by a colleague that they went to have a puncture fixed and the repair man walked out of a pub he was drinking in, took the scooter, brought it into a house across the street and then gave the scooter back missing screws? How theres nobody governing and inspecting this sort of stuff is beyond me. Looks like he closed business and ran off with peoples cash but just be aware, his name is Garry, teeth like hes from Hollywood and bright blonde hair, cant miss him.

I have had nothing but issues.
Received 6 weeks after I ordered and only got one of the two.
Have had to send it back because it stopped charging, the "repaired" one they sent me back was also broken!
All I want is for them to take the scooter and give a refund!
No refunds apparently only repairs... but when I send it for repair in Poland they don't fix it..

I have SO MANY REGRETS purchasing from skoot.ie. I have been emailing them asking for help with a €475 Xiaomi scooter I bought that has been collecting dust because it only makes it about 5km before dying (Skoot promised a 30km range). Skoot has flatly REFUSED to help me and said to me in verbatim "Pursue us via the Small Claims court, wasting your time and money, with no poaitive outcome for you, or else use a third party service firm" - and yes they did spell positive incorrectly. I am shocked at how they treat their customers. The worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life.

Absolute joke of a business. They promise delivery within few days, I was waiting for the scooter 2 months. In the meantime I bought a different one to my son so I asked for refund. I was told no problem, i was advised by customer service to let the scooter go back when it arrives and I'll receive full refund.
Now their website is not working, none of their phone number work. Impossible to get thru to them. Its 4 months now since I paid for scooter. I don't think I'll ever get my money back.
