They dont have have a good deleievery…

They dont have a good deleievery policy, i have ussues with both sale on web and the delievery if the goods i ordered.
I also had a issue regarding dobbel booking. I asked wether this could be cancelled.
I got no, you have to deilwve it to one of our stores.

From my perspective:
Better customer care
Just in time princippales on delievery.
Change the supplier chain managment to effectively mange your custome suppprt. But having easier way to deliever shoes from the website, would be a good idea?
