Mistake about the size
The employee says the size my kids need, but all the shoes at this size were to small. So, wich one is right? does the employee said the wrong size or the shoes are smaller than they are? and if so, it should be written somewhere that we need to take one size bigger than normal. I'm happy I didn't trust the staff. And that is bad...
