Company is a Scam

The company is a scam , I bought a vehicle with the company. When it was time to ship they said it had an oil leak and that they would get me a different one it's been six months in between all I get is excuses from delayed shipment and eventually silence. Not a company to deal with stick with old and trusted companies

Sktradingjapan stole my money

I contacted this company to purchase 2 vehicles which I paid in full just a few days after reaching out to them (Dec 20th 2024). One for my self one for my dad, 2 separate invoices and payments. They promised that I would have the vehicles within 3-4 months. On the 15th of January 2025 they sent me a document saying that the vehicles were shipped and they should be on my island March 10th on HOEGH SYDNEY voyage #118 but never provided me with the BL documents. They kept on promising that I would get the documents “next week” but that never happened. I tried calling/messaging them but 90% of the time I did not get an answer or reply. When the arrival date came I went to my local dealer to see if the vehicles had arrived however after tracking the car boat we realized that it had not even left Japan as yet. This means they lied to me from the beginning. After another 2 weeks of trying to contact them with no luck, someone from the company named David Curso called me and said that after the vehicles were shipped they realized that one of them had an oil leak so were they both returned. ( Why return both vehicles when they were purchased separately? More lies)
He then promised me that they would rectify the problem and replace the no longer available vehicles with something of equal value.
It has been almost 2 months now since that call and I still haven’t received any positive response. They keep passing me on to different people. First it was George Ajax +81 70-8968-0865 then it was Mark +1 (614) 696-5519 then Raymond Zook +1 (302) 747-5483, then some guy named John.

I also notice that there are multiple websites with the same vehicles. This is one of the vehicles I purchased, on this site the vehicle is marked as sold. Never removed from the stock list almost 7 months after payment.
I am continuously trying to contact them but they are not taking my calls. Occasionally I would receive a message asking me to have patience and that they are working on my vehicles but when I reply or try calling back o get nothing. Another 2-3 weeks would pass before i get another message asking me to have patience they r working on my vehicle.

I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years from other sites like Bforward, picknbuy24, sbtjapan etc and I have never ever experienced this treatment before.

I don’t know what’s going on with this company but I would never do business with them again in the future.

If anyone has any advice on the matter I would be happy to hear it.
