Just What a Newbie Needs!

I recently jumped into the world of dropshipping after completing a training course and was introduced to SkuGrid. I must admit, I approached it with caution, as with anything new. But to my delight, it's been instrumental in my early success! The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and the tools they provide have helped me manage my business efficiently. I've started to see some profit, and I couldn't be happier with how things are going. Highly recommend to anyone starting out in dropshipping!

Used to be great. Now full of bugs and no Customer Support.

I've used Sku Grid for over 3 years now. All was going great, until the past 6 months or so. There are so many bugs with different suppliers that have not been updated and lots of issues with Sku Lister. I have created many support tickets, emailed countless times about these issues and only on occasion I get a response saying they will look into and keep me updated. Never had any update and all the same issues persist. They are not looking into anything.

It's very unfair to treat paying customers like this. Someone needs to update the users and tell us what is actually going on. I loved using this software as is was kept updated, I'd usually receive a response from customer service within a day or so and the issues were usually resolved quickly. The whole team now seems to have disappeared.

I'm really hoping the team can turn things around again!

So, I’m kinda new to this whole retail arbitrage thing, right? But guess what! Skugrid has been my sidekick, and man, we’ve made some cool cash already! 🚀 Started from literally nowhere and BOOM, my first sales came rolling in. This isn’t a brag tho, just can’t help but share the vibe! The interface? Super friendly for newbies like me. Added new suppliers, the process was smooth; no fuss! If you’re looking to start and you're as clueless as I was, definitely check ‘em out! 🌟

SKUGrid is very buggy

SKUGrid is very buggy. Their Customer Support is the worst I have ever seen. if you open a ticket to get your issue resolved, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE EVER. All tickets go unanswered! I have opened 3 tickets in relation to 3 different issues and it's been almost a month since the 1st ticket I opened. Only received an auto-response with a promise that someone will send a personal response within 2 working days. Like I said it's been almost a month, and issues keep happening, because the software is becoming buggy. Moreover, those issues can be really costly whether you are selling on eBay, Amazon or even on your own shopify store. On the other hand, SKUFetch used to be good at curating images and saving you time, but now it is no longer the same and you have to upload the images manually, as it pull very poor quality images, most of them are just random images of logos or other products that appear on the product page. Again, no response or update from the Developers!!!!

Where are you Anton and where is your CS?

SG is total rubbish! It used to be good. Now, it is very buggy, there are a ton of errors and if you open up a ticket to get your issue resolved, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE EVER. All tickets go unanswered!

This has been going on for several months and it sucks because it isn't cheap.

ANTON - dude, come on now.

Sku Grid

Sku Grid is an incredibly useful tool for retail arbitrage and dropshipping. Ive been using it for a few months now, and it has made managing my business across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart so much easier. The only downside is that customer service can be a bit slow to respond, but they do eventually provide helpful support.

As a dropshipper on eBay

As a dropshipper on eBay, Sku Grid has been a game-changer for me. Its inventory management has saved me a lot of time and effort, and helped me stay competitive. I highly recommend Sku Grid to anyone looking to streamline their dropshipping operations.

I've been using Sku Grid for a while…

I've been using Sku Grid for a while now and I have to say that it's a great platform for managing my online sales. The ability to automate price updates and inventory monitoring across multiple marketplaces has saved me a lot of time and effort. However, I did have some issues with the customer service response time. It took a little longer than expected to get a response, which was frustrating at times.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. SKUGrid was good at first, but now it has become very buggy and very unreliable. The support is a joke. They don't address the real issue in any support ticket you submit and instead send the same response no matter what the issue is, asking you to watch their Youtube videos which most of them are outdated. Repricing doesn't work. It doesn't change stock when the supplier goes out of stock. and it is basically not doing any of the job that it is supposed to do. I submitted 5 or more support tickets more than a week and I am yet to receive a response from a human addressing what is actually in the ticket!

If I could give zero stars I would. They never address tickets in a timely manner and you get the same responses that they are working on it. It's been 5 months with no resolution and it's only gotten worse. On the rare occasion when it works, it works great but the customer support has been less than desired. I wish there were a competitor out there who could do it better and I'm still looking. I do not recommend.

little to no support, takes forever to response.

Very frustrating because they have everything I need but their support is just horrible. While all other repricer got live support/instant support, they just removed their live support and they keep promising they are improving their live support ( and they told it 3 months before ) !! although they support many suppliers but in many cases while listing, it shows CANT PARSE which they term as a store bug. please bring back your live chat and accelerate your support to the customer.
